Our comfortable recently-renovated house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. Every room and the outdoor spaces have unique views of the village, nature, or the sea. Situato al 3 piano l'appartamento è luminosissimo, dotato di ogni comfort, con un soggiorno/camera da pranzo con balcone che si affaccia sul mare e uno spazioso un angolo cottura con ripostiglio. Nella zona notte una grande stanza da letto con spaziosi armadi, secondo balconcino e bagno interno che guardano il centro storico. Secondo bagno completo di doccia esterno alla camera. Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Large 120-square-meter apartment in the historic center of Cuglieri overlooking the main street, on the second floor of a family building from the 1920s. You will find an old house that has retained the original furnishings and the Deco spirit of the time. The building was originally acquired by my great-grandfather and still belongs to my family. We live on the third floor (two adults and a child), while guests will have the entire apartment on the second floor.

Delightful attic consisting of a studio of 11 square meters and a bathroom-shower of about 5 square meters, equipped with a washing machine; Ideal for two people. The terrace is very spacious, with an area of 37 square meters, of which over 20 square meters are protected by a canopy with a glass window. Very panoramic, with sea view towards Capo Caccia. Guests say the property is more beautiful than it appears in the photos.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
