Molinu is located in the heart of the historic centre of Santu Lussurgiu. You will be welcomed by a unique atmosphere, with 4-metre-high ceilings and majestic stone vaults framing the ancient olive presses. The house has everything you need: a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction hob. For sleeping, there is a comfortable double sofa bed. The house also features a charming mezzanine surrounded by stone vaults, perfect for relaxing. The bathroom also includes a washing machine.

Our comfortable recently-renovated house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. Every room and the outdoor spaces have unique views of the village, nature, or the sea. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else that you wish. We will help you arrange it. Spacious house in the historic center of a small village in Montiferru. The house, arranged on 3 floors, has all the necessary amenities for a relaxing holiday. Located in a quiet area a few minutes' walk from the main activities of the village: market, bar, bakery, bus stop. A few kilometers from the beaches of: Bosa, Cumpultittu, S'Archittu, Is Arutas, Porto Alabe... The area offers the possibility of trekking and excursions, among suggestive waterfalls and centuries-old forests.

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

From Fè is our holiday home in Cuglieri, a small village in central-western Sardinia at the foot of Montiferru, well positioned in a convenient area of the town, a short walk from bars, restaurants and services. The house has a panoramic terrace with a table for outdoor dining, from which you can admire the sunset, the sea and the surrounding mountains. Just a 15-minute drive from enchanting beaches. Ideal for those looking for tranquility, nature and authenticity.

Casa Machiavelli

Large 120-square-meter apartment in the historic center of Cuglieri overlooking the main street, on the second floor of a family building from the 1920s. You will find an old house that has retained the original furnishings and the Deco spirit of the time. The building was originally acquired by my great-grandfather and still belongs to my family. We live on the third floor (two adults and a child), while guests will have the entire apartment on the second floor.

Abbiamo terminato da poco un accurato restauro di questo appartamento dotato di ogni confort e con aria condizionata per l'estate. Le antiche pareti in pietra danno alla casa un fascino particolare. Non c’é la terrazza ma le 3 grandi finestre del soggiorno offrono una vista mare con tramonti spettacolari!! Nel cortile c’è un angolo di relax per ammirare meravigliosi cieli stellati .
