The house is very nice, in the middle of the mountains, it has a little garden, if you travel with kids is great, and for us, we had breakfast outside. Bedrooms comfortable and Andrea was always helpful. Thanks!

Diese Unterkunft war wirklich TOP! Nur 5 min zu Fuß zu einen wunderschönen Strand. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Quirico war stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Klare Empfehlung.

We really enjoyed our time in the house and the village. It is a beautiful house carefully and beautiful renovated! There are various lovely rooms with different atmospheres to spent the day, relaxing, reading, eating etc. The roof terrace is a lovely place to have an aperitif in the evening and the courtyard/garden is wonderful location to have dinner. The living room is great for reading or watching a movie with the presenter! The kitchen is perfectly equipped. It is a pleasure to cook and bake there! Massimiliano was always very helpful and gave us great recommendation for visits in the surrounding, restaurants and beaches. We can highly recommend this house and the people who care of it! We will definitely come back!!!

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Grosse gemütliche Terrasse zum verweilen. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war sehr gut. Egal welches Anliegen, er hat sofort geholfen. Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe mit einem wunderschönen Meer. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung wärmstens. Wir haben uns wirklich zu Hause gefühlt. Nur zu empfehlen. Danke auch an die Eltern von Antonio, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen haben und jeder Zeit wenn nötig, geholfen haben.

Grazie anche per averci aiutato quando, appena arrivati, la batteria dell’auto ci ha abbandonati! Bellissime spiagge a pochi km, tanta pace e il paese di Botricello è ben fornito di tutto. Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles was man braucht. Nah am Meer richtig toll und sehr sauberes Wasser Ende Mai vor der Saison. Ein Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar die Pizza dort ist super aber auch die Fischgerichte. Ab 01.06 ist auch am Strand eine Bar und am Wochenende die Jugaad Lounge sehr gemütlich. Das wir direkt am Eingangstor des Hauses waren hat uns nicht gestört. Es gibt Liegen und einen Strandschirm wenn ihr den Schirmständer mit zum Strand nehmt fliegt nichts weg. Es gibt tolle Gelaterias und Restaurants in Davoli max 10min mit dem Auto. Wir hatten perfekte 7 Tage und haben nur den Pool der am 01.06. befüllt sein sollte ein wenig vermisst. Die Menschen dort und die fantastische Landschaft haben uns entschädigt. ;-)

La piscina grande e ben curata è stata la gioia dei nostri piccoli! Punti di forza: - Appartamento ampio e pulito, fedele all'annuncio - Posizione strategica: vicino al mare, supermercati e ristoranti - Vista incantevole - Accoglienza calorosa e proprietario molto disponibile Il residence offre un ambiente bellissimo e tranquillo, perfetto per rilassarsi. La vicinanza alla spiaggia e a tutti i servizi ha reso la nostra vacanza comoda e piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio per famiglie in cerca di comfort, relax e divertimento. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!"

Villaggio ideale anche per le famiglie e poco dispersivo grazie alle sue dimensioni. Animazione presente nei mesi estivi composta da bravi ragazzi che si impegnano per cercare di intrattenere e coinvolgere gli ospiti senza esagerare. Piscina pulita e sempre in ordine , spiaggia convenzionata di sabbia fine e molto pulita; mare spettacolare. I proprietari sono molto disponibili a qualunque richiesta. Sicuramente mi sento di consigliarlo senza alcun dubbio.

Die Unterkunft ist der absolute Wahnsinn! Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Tage mit Zitronen und Orangen aus dem sehr schönen Garten. Die Lage ist einzigartig und man hat vom Balkon aus einen traumhaften Blick auf die Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Haus inmitten des Grünen, umgeben nur von Olivenhainen und Obstbäumen, Wildtieren, Grillen. Wer Ruhe & Abgeschiedenheit liebt, ist hier richtig. Man ist wirklich ganz alleine hier, fern der Zivilisation. Traumhaft ist der Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse aus. Die Wohnungen sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Aussengrill und Pool sind tolle Optionen, wir waren aber auch viel an den schönen Stränden der Umgebung. Ilario ist super und gab viele Empfehlungen, besonders das Restaurant Le Zagare hat uns sehr gut gefallen (leckere Pizza!).

Antonello and his companion were very friendly hosts. We could always ask them for help and tipps. The pool and the view is wonderful!

Abbiamo trascorso 1 settimana (troppo breve) di pace e relax.. Carol e la sua famiglia, gentili e disponibili, ci hanno fatto sentire da subito un clima familiare e anche gli altri ospiti ci hanno accolto in maniera straordinaria..I bambini possono disporre di un'area giochi fornita, ad ogni angolo un'area relax con sdraio e amaca..la vista mozzafiato fa da cornice con un mare splendido e la piccola spiaggia..molto bella la piscina immersa nella vegetazione..indimenticabile l'alba vista dal belvedere ..in definitiva un'esperienza sicuramente da ripetere e consigliabile a tutti gli amanti della natura! grazie Carol & family e grazie a tutti gli ospiti

Appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli, in zona centrale, davanti al castello, a pochi passi dal lungomare. Appartamento pulito e completo di tutti i confort. Arredato con gusto e precisione. Host disponibile e preciso. Lo consiglio decisamente.

We zijn hartelijk ontvangen in Antonella's huis. Wat een prachtige plek en locatie. We voelden ons helemaal thuis. Bezoek vooral Crotone en dan zeker dit prachtig appartement. Ciao

L'alloggio è eccellente: per posizione, per pulizia, per tutto. Alex disponibile, chiaro, conciso e per nulla invadente. Se dovessi ripassare da Crotone tornerò.

Ideal apartment with very modern furnishings and all of the conveniences I could ever imagine needing. A big plus for the traveler is the washing machine that also functions as a drier - extremely useful. Overall a great place for short or long-term stays. Nearby street parking was always easy to find. From our perspective the apartment is in an ideal location in the city of Crotone: it is at the extreme north end of the public seaside walkway, which we found the most enjoyable part of the city to spend time in. It is worth being aware that the apartment itself is in the corner of a building on ground level next to small streets that are busy with pedestrian and vehicular traffic; there is no private outdoor space, and for security reasons guests will want to keep their frosted windows or window shutters closed (louvres open if one likes) for security reasons.

L’appartamento di Bruno é un monolocale ampio, splendidamente ristrutturato, con materiali di ottima fattura, un bel bagno luminoso con una doccia molto grande. Oltre alla qualità dell’appartamento anche delle piccole “chicche” che ti fanno sentire a casa, come l’acqua in frigo, delle patatine e dei cornetti, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Posizione ottima a Isola di Capo Rizzuto, con tante spiagge bellissime a pochi minuti di macchina! Bruno é stato super gentile e disponibile per tutto il nostro soggiorno, consigliandoci sin da subito spiagge e locali in cui andare. DAVVERO UN OTTIMA ESPERIENZA.

We hebben een ontzettend leuk examen reisje gehad, de accommodatie was zeer ruim, schoon, in een rustige buurt, maar je liep ook zo naar het centrum. De communicatie was heel fijn en in alles werd meegedacht. Bedankt!

This apartment is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. Minutes from the beach by foot and also centralized between many local restaurants and shops. The host Giansalvatore made us feel right at home during our week stay. Very clean and cared for rental unit, also the air conditioning system is top notch which is important for this location. I would definitely stay again and recommend this to everyone.
