We were greeted by Guiseppe and made to feel welcome immediately. He speaks excellent English and was happy to offer suggestions about food, sights and shopping. A supermarket 20 minutes away with everything you could want and some good local restaurants nearby. It has an amazing view of the sea easily enjoyed sitting in the terrace kitchen, a very serviceable espresso maker and a comfortable bed. The apt has a gated, private, very safe parking area, which is quite large. All in all, everything exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in a couple dozen bnb's over the last 4 years and this was our best experience so far.

Gabriele was very helpful. He let us in long before check-in time. Apartment as per description Wide internally and infinitely externally, my children woke up every day in nature among cows, sheep, olive trees and peace. Cozy neighbors greeted us with fresh fresh fruit. Thanks to Lia for her not intrusive presence at all. We had a great time with our family both for location and everything else. Very modern clean and smart. Appreciated the zanzariere which meant mosquitoes not a pest with windows open. Great info supplied on local places to eat things to do etc. easy walk into Crotone along the lungomare. Easy parking in garden. All in all was really good and to be recommended.

Great place to stay, centrally located with good parking. Everything you needed for a short stay was available. Friendly communication with the host.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

The stay was really positive and I highly recommend it. The place was exactly as described and the host was extremely helpful, meeting us with check-in and check-out times. In addition, he gave us valuable guidance on typical products and amenities in the area. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need and perfect for a family of four. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the sea. Opening the door in the morning and being in front of this show was really incredible. In addition, the beach is easily accessible, it literally takes five steps on foot to cross the street. Parking is always available, free of charge and is right in front of the entrance of the building. However, the apartment is located on the top floor of a building without an elevator, which can be a bit tiring for those who have trouble climbing the stairs or carrying suitcases.

a perfect stay. there could not have been a better conclusion to a tour in a wonderful region that is Calabria. house surrounded by olive trees. Green, tranquility and freedom. On foot ,in 5 real minutes, you find yourself on a wonderful beach of red sand. Gabriele's friends are always available to make us the perfect stay. Thank you. Highly recommended

We had a lovely stay at Soverato Con Vista. The house is well kept and clean, with parking and a great location, 2 minutes to town. The outside play equipment was a great hit with our toddler too. We will definitely be back again soon. The host was very responsive as well. Thank you!

Lidia was very quick to respond and help at all times and even gave us recommendations of the best places to eat nearby. The place has a spacious private rooftop balcony. You cannot beat the location because it is only a 5 minute walk from the most beautiful beach with multiple places to rent chairs/umbrellas and get drinks and food along the beach! The famous “Soverato” sign in big letters is just as you walk out of her block! It is also less than 5 minutes from a grocery store and directly on the corner you can also get gelato or go to a cafe/restaurant!

The house was very well kept, let's say new in structure and decor. The highlight for us was the shower, beautiful, large and comfortable, which I don't mind in a seaside with two children. The beach near home was the icing on the cake. Maybe it's the most beautiful beach on the coast. I from Calabrese right in that area, I had never visited it and it was truly a surprise to see this paradise wonder. Finally, the biggest thanks go to Enza. A person of unique kindness and availability. Of those people who truly make you feel the famous hospitality of our southern Italy and in particular our beautiful Calabria which is always a surprise for those who have the desire and curiosity to visit it. Good accommodation and I am satisfied with my stay...Vincenzo is very helpful and attentive, whenever I needed he was concerned to help,it was Flexible at check-in and check out. The city is quiet, on the other hand it is a little difficult to have some entertainment, but you can take a train or taxi to the beach or city next door.

Beautiful farm surrounded by greenery with pool ...suitable for those who want a relaxing vacation...the owners are very helpful , kind , welcoming , company and very nice !! The view outside is breathtaking from the structure , the meadows , the flowers , the trees and the pool!! Surely if there is an opportunity , I will be back!! Highly recommended!! Ps not all rooms have a kitchen (it is not a criticism, it is a warning for those looking for a more equipped room and/or has special needs but I am sure that if you contact the owners will find a solution given their availability ) Location pet-friendly!! The apartment is located in a development with somewhat neglected and old areas, but Fabrizio's apartment is in good condition and was also super clean. The terrace is beautiful and the apartment has everything needed to be comfortable (they also left us some sun loungers and an umbrella in case we wanted to make any excursions to nearby beaches). The development has security and private beach (with umbrellas and sun loungers of its own). We couldn't enjoy everything we wanted from the area, because we had a monumental cliff, but it is close to Le Castella (nice village) and close to a good handful of interesting beaches. But the best part was Fabrizio: close, kind, he gave us tips of things to do around the area and gave us a very good thorn.

The place is delicious, very quiet... you sleep in absolute silence, surrounded by an olive grove. The house is spacious, fresh and very clean. Well-functioning wifi. The owner is always available and proactive in giving advice on the area. We'll definitely be back!
