Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cremorne

Kim was extremely responsive and la lovely host. the place was also perfectly located. its a stone throw away from a major train station. unfortunately the car garage was not available so we had to park elsewhere. other than that, the airbnb was absolutely perfect. thank you Kim and Property Mums for letting me and my bridal party get ready at your beautiful property.

This was a great place to stay, the view out over Albert park was gorgeous and you could see it from the bedroom. We found heaps of great restaurants close by, walking distance if you felt like it. Tamara was very helpful and responsive, even for late messages, would highly recommend.

My partner and I stayed at this unit for a 4 day work/weekend getaway to Melbourne. We loved the area and it was everything the listing said and what we hoped for. The ease of getting to amazing restaurants was so simple and very walkable. The South Yarra train station was barely a block away if you needed to go farther as well. I personally loved the easy access to great running areas along the river and around the famous botanical gardens route "the tan". My partner was a huge fan of the extensive coffee places so close to us. The unit was super quiet and easy to navigate getting there. It was very clean and had everything that we needed for our time there. Susan was so great to keep in touch as our plans had changed a bit and she was very accommodating to our requests. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in the city.

Carla and Matt were great hosts, organising an easy check-in and making sure everything was fine. When I accidentally broke a kitchen item, my offer to replace it was rejected but a new one appeared within an hour. They were both friendly and super helpful. The apartment is comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen has everything you need and Carla left fresh milk, butter and Müsli and plenty of other supplies. We would happily return.

This is a fantastic unit in a fabulous location. Unit was a good size and had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. Good communication from the hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

This is our second stay at this Airbnb. It’s prefect for our trips to Melbourne. The location is great so easy to get around trans to the city. Great restaurants in Richmond. Definitely will book again.

We had a great stay, with three kids the apartment was roomy and comfortable. Such a great location to Bridge Rd, Swan Street and the MCG. Safe quiet street with off street parking. Would definitely stay again, thanks Tim and Lisa

We really enjoyed our stay at The Chambers South Yarra. Location was great with restaurants and supermarket close by. It was also just a short drive to the city. The home is perfect for families. Min and Ted are amazing hosts! They are very kind and responsive and they made sure we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommend The Chambers and we look forward to staying here again when in Melbourne!

It was a home away from home. We grew to love the place with the natural lighting, heated floors, piano/keyboard and the deli round the corner. Raymond was also excellent in responding to our queries.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

The house is an excellent base, and perfectly suited our needs. I stayed with my mum, adult siblings and their child. We enjoyed the multiple levels, well appointed bedrooms and multiple bathrooms - allowed everyone to have their own space, while enjoying the well furnished and comfortable common spaces. The beds were really comfortable, kitchen well equipped and supplied. The central heating, off street parking, and beautiful courtyard/balconies/rooftop patio topped it all off and made this place really stand out. Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking for 3-4 bedroom place. Also appreciated the great recommendations for local places - very easy to walk to nearby cafes and restaurants, and easy to get into the city via public transport. Thanks Louise and Ross.

Loved spending the weekend here. Beautiful home, very cozy, with everything you need, and such a quick walk to everything (although its almost better to stay inside by the fire). The hosts are super responsive, very helpful and flexible! Would definitely stay again if I’m in town.

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

Our family had wonderful stay and appreciated the beautiful location. The view was absolutely spectacular. It was also very convenient to walk around, with lovely restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Jim was very responsive and let us to check in early .Thank you Jim!

Our stay was comfortable with all necessary comforts provided. The apartment was very clean, spacious bathrooms (helpful when travelling with a child) and the kitchen well equipped for our purposes. We had an overnight flight, and our hosts were accommodating with us requiring a different check-in. The express IGA is a minute's walk away to buy any basics you might need after travelling. There are local cafes in the streets behind the building (less than 5-minute walk) for a quick bite. The Southbank promenade is also under 5 minutes from the apartment with many restaurants to choose from (Pure South became our go to for breakfast, great menu and service). We were only a short walk from a pedestrian bridge to cross the Yarra, giving us easy access to Melbourne's great laneways and other attractions.

Excellent location with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming host. Peter greeted us personally on arrival and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out timings, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and major Melbourne attractions. Highly recommended!
