Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Cremorne

After a rough start with the cleaner not having turned up James was able to fix this quickly and had us in the property as quickly as he could. His communication was exceptional and we’d love to stay again

We had a lovely stay here! There were 5 of us (my husband and I, our 9-month old, and my in-laws). The place is beautiful and the living space is open and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and eating at home. The balcony area is very nice as well, particularly when it's sunny out! The street itself is very quiet, but it's also just a short walk away from shops and restaurants. The host was very communicative, and helpful when we needed to adjust the number of nights during our stay. We also made use of their portable cot for our baby, which they set up for us prior to arrival. Truly have no complaints - hope to come back and stay again sometime!

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

What a beautiful place to stay for our girls weekend to Melbourne - easy walking distance to the South Melbourne Markets, & Southbank precincts. The house was beautifully clean - thank you to Charlotte for being a fabulous host.

Matt’s townhome in the heart of Richmond is the perfect place - nearby everything that is Melbourne. A quick tram ride to the MCG, Marvel Stadium and the CBD. The townhome is outfitted wonderfully. It’s roomy, has an inviting common area with the high end kitchen and open space dining area. Excellent BBQ also. Matt is one of the most responsive and understanding hosts we’ve had the privilege of working with. Great recommendations. Especially the Union House. What a gem ! The photos don’t do justice to how well this townhome is appointed. Thanks Matt. We’ll definitely be back next time we visit Melbourne.

We had a great time at Eva’s and enjoyed sitting by the fire place and relaxing. It was very close to the tram line which made a trip into the city very easy and fun for the kids. The house was very clean and had all that we needed for our stay.

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location. The place was beautiful and exactly as described. Very comfortable bed. Communication with hosts was quick and friendly and very clear instructions. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again in the future.

The apartment is located in downtown Melbourne, in a very new high rise and was impeccably clean. There is a small IGA a few doors down and some good bars and restaurants close by, as well as only 2 blocks from the Southern Cross station and the river. Although it is relatively sparsely furnished, it has everything that we needed for a short break, and the gym in the building is much better than most hotel gyms. Chris was very responsive and allowed us to leave our luggage because our flight arrived in Melbourne early. Although it didn't impact us because we were out an about for most of the day, there is no TV (but a piano if you are musically inclined) and while the bed was comfortable, it was like a futon on the floor, so it may not be ideal for older people with mobility issues. The price was amazing for such a nice apartment on a high floor in central Melbourne, and I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Overall a nice place to stay. Peter was super responsive and he replace the shampoo immediately when I told him it ran out.

Absolutely blown away! Nicole’s place in East Melbourne is everything you need and more. We were just blown away. The view is BREATHTAKING! No matter where you are in the apartment, your photos will look stunning. The place is stocked with everything you could possibly need. She’s thought of everything - from decorations and a gift to make us feel welcome, to little things that are often missing from airbnbs like a stocked ice tray, blow dryer, salt and pepper haha. The apartment is directly outside a train line, 5 mins into the city, or you can go 5 mins in the other direction and you’re in the heart of Richmond. It’s walking distance to shops, restaurants and nature. Not to mention it’s clean and the beds are comfortable. It was everything we’d wanted and so much more. We can’t wait to come back!

Our 9 day stay at Paul & Dan's place was excellent. The check in process was smooth and the appartment had a homely atmosphere. We needed an appartment which was spacious, as we have two busy toddlers, and this appartment fitted that requirement perfectly. The appartment was spotless and had amazing views. The building has a variety of amenities that are easily accessible. The infinity pool on the 9th floor kept the toddlers busy for hours. The parking space accommodated an 8 seater vehicle, which was great because not many parking spots in Melbourne can do so. Overall, this booking exceeded all of our requirements. Lastly, about the hosts, Paul, Dan & their teams interactions with us were smooth, friendly and accurate. Should the need arise, I would def book one of their listings again. Thanks for being amazing Paul&Dan!

Beautiful location, easy to find, close to town but far enough out to be peaceful. So thoughtfully set up and absolutely more stunning than the pictures. Stayed with a group of friends and we had an absolute divine time. Enough space for everyone to hang out and plenty of everything we needed for a gorgeous weekend.

The place is great, very clean and Steve is a great host. Steve is extremey responsive and considerate. The house is very close to nature and we really enjoyed the spa specially our son. The only thing that could be improvide is the kitchen and its preparedness to host guests who plan to cook for exemple having more utensilis.

The perfect holiday home. The house itself was beautiful, with spectacular furniture. The rooftop, the heated pool, and so much more, I could go on! Ria was an amazing host, providing excellent communication throughout the stay.

Beautifully appointed and thoughtfully decorated little spot in a fantastic location! It’s small, but much larger than the pictures suggest - never cramped, just cozy. The kitchen is more than appropriate for cooking, and the entertainment system is fantastic with solid speakers that are always appreciated. It’s incredibly close to the main Sassafras strip, which does lead to a small amount of traffic noise especially if you’re sitting outside, but the road is very quiet at night and the doors and windows isolate well so it never bothered us. Being able to walk to dinner and not have to drive home is well worth the trade off in my eyes! My partner and I also greatly appreciated the spa bathtub, and the fact that you can watch a movie while in it thanks to the thoughtfully planned layout. All in all, a great little spot that I would gladly return to.

Wonderful central property for family group to stay in. Very comfortable and homely for all ages. Encouraged informal catch ups in spacious areas available. Easy to get around with car spaces plus very close to public transport. Brenda was responsive and helpful.
