Lovely ground floor 2 bedrooms near Edinburgh city centre, Portobello beach and Arthur's seat,there are shops close to the flat,in 10 minutes you can find Morrisons shopping centre where also there is Sainsbury's bargains ,Poundland,lidl and so on . The buses 25,19,49 are frequently every 10 minutes to the city centre and it's a 2 minutes from the flat. So you can get to the centre very easy. There is also free parking on the street if you are coming by cars.

Our Scandi inspired apartment is perfect for a couple. We are lucky to enough to be right beside the sea and Portobello Beach but have great transport links to the City Centre so you can be at Edinburgh’s famous sites such as Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile, Grassmarket and Princes Street in 15 minutes. There is free street parking which is rare in Edinburgh although we suggest using the excellent Edinburgh transport system to get into town.

New conversion 2 minute walk to Brunstane train station then a 7 minute journey to Edinburgh Waverley city centre, trains are every 30 minutes into town. Great Lothian Regional Transport (LRT) buses nearby as well. A lovely 20 minute walk into Portobello for loads of bars and restaurants plus the bonus of being right next to the beach. About 30 minutes drive to some of the most beautiful golf courses in Scotland.

Fiona and Stevie are lovely hosts. With lovingly arranged little things and a tasteful ambience, we felt welcome and comfortable. Stevie is a walking guide and gave an introduction to everything worth knowing at the beginning. Attractions, restaurants, pubs, directions. We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend the accommodation

I can't say enough how lovely a place this is to stay. It's close to Leith Walk along the very green Leith Links near the tram and bus but also very walkable. Yuri was welcoming and made helpful suggestions for places to visit. The flat is very nicely decorated and feels like a home away. And Yuri and Michael were a pleasure to talk with. I hope to stay again the next time I visit Edinburgh.

We cannot recommend staying with Roberto enough. We stopped by for only a couple nights at the start of our trip around Scotland and we couldn't have chosen better. The flat is well communicated with the city centre, but also a walking distance from a beautiful beach, the room was clean and we had access to all amenities we could have thought of. Roberto is an amazing host, he gave us many recommendations about local attractions and places to eat and he makes it very clear that he wants his guests to feel welcome, comfortable and appreciated. If you're looking for a nice, peaceful stay in Edinburgh - look no more, you will find nothing better than staying with Roberto :)

It was such a wonderful stay with Julio! The distance from the centre of town is perfect, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Having the en-suite is an added bonus. Julio is such a great person, and it was an honour to see some of his artworks around the house. I enjoyed talking to him and their place felt like a home was welcome in! Thank you very very much!

A better location than expected! Thanks to excellent directions, we were able to access with a tram ride and short walk. We could walk to the major tourist sites. Most of all, we were in a nice residential area - quiet and with amenities close at hand (groceries, bus, restaurants). We really appreciated this.
