Lovely apartment in a great location for local outings and further. Close off street parking was really helpful. The apartment was clean with everything you could need to have a comfortable stay. Ollie & team were amazingly proactive and responsive, asking each day if we were ok and if we needed anything. Would definitely book again! Thanks for a great stay!

I only have good things to say about this place! We felt right at home and Mikaela was very helpful and flexible with the check in. We loved our stay and we would be very happy to come back.

We enjoyed our time at Edward’s place. It was really comfortable, clean and had a spacious living area. Plenty of storage for clothes etc. It’s close to Warwick, Leamington Spa and Kenilworth with all of the sights and facilities those places offer. The flat is in a really quiet area but close to a bus service.

We really enjoyed our second visit to Kamal’s lovely apartment. It’s rare to find somewhere so well equipped with so many thoughtful touches. It’s in a great location, too - lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and you can get to most other places in Leicester with a short taxi or Uber ride. And we couldn’t wish for a better host in Kamal. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Leicester.

Had a great one night stay here whilst visiting friends. The hosts were lovely and friendly and ensured that we had everything we needed. Made us feel very welcome indeed. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and really comfortable and cosy. Had a great nights sleep in the comfy bed. In a very quiet, pleasant and safe neighbourhood within a few minutes walk of shops, pubs, takeaways. Great value for money, you will not be disappointed.

A very well located flat for both Leamington Spa & Warwick. The flat was comfortable; very quiet & beautiful views across the river. Flat is situated on 3rd floor & there is a lift. Parking easy & 2nd car right outside so no problems there. Lovely to have shower gel; cooking oil; salt & pepper provided. A very enjoyable stay; would certainly recommend.

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

We had a fantastic stay at 70 Aubrey Ave in Coventry from the 6th to the 22nd. The house is beautifully appointed and thoughtfully decorated, making it very comfortable and inviting. The property is in excellent condition — clearly well-maintained and cared for. It provided all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. One of the best aspects is its great location. Anything you need, like Tescos, is just around the corner, only about five minutes away, making everything very convenient. The house features a lovely dining table, perfect for meals and gatherings. Plus, the come air hockey and pool table added a fun touch and entertainment. Communication with the host was seamless; they were very responsive and quick to reply. It was easy to deal with them, making the whole process stress-free. The house is well equipped, and I never encountered any issues. Would stay again.

I stayed at David's for one night as had an event on a Mallory Park so was the perfect location. The house was clean and tidy with excellent facilities. Also a lovely big driveway for parking. David was a very responsive and friendly host and I would stay here again.

only spent the night for a friend's birthday and now wishing we booked it for longer. the picture do not do it justice, this place is amazing, very clean, spacious and Muhammad is an amazing host, any questions, he was at the ready to answer. we will be using him again. thank you for an amazing experience.

Cathy is enormously helpful and kind at the same time as giving you complete privacy and space. A lovely host. And the annex is very pretty and snug and has everything I required. Fabulous footpaths and verdant countryside, and the village Coop is impressive.

Mary's place suited us very well since we were working locally. Close to the town centre and supermarkets. Spacious ground floor flat with the essentials we needed for cooking. Good wifi signal, comfortable beds and a good shower. Recommend.

Our second stay at this lovely apartment. Great location, easy to get to / from. Everything to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed - slept really well. Our favourite feature is the garden, right next to the canal, where we can sit and watch the ducks, geese and boats go by.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

Amazing spot on the outskirts on the city - yet in the most peaceful grounds in their own slice of the countryside. What a little gem to have stayed in. Pam and her husband Paul are absolutely lovely hosts who could not have make me feel more welcome. 🙏🏼
