A high quality self-contained ground floor annexe which is part of the main house, but with totally separate access consisting of a double bedroom, lounge and shower room with free onsite parking. We are a short walk from the central campus of Warwick University and only 3 miles from the centre of Coventry and train station. There are also many other towns within easy reach such as Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth and Birmingham.
