Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Council of the City of Sydney

Yiannis's beautiful home has all the comforts for staying in: fresh linen, fluffy towels (it's the little things), usable outdoor spaces, Smart TV, the Risk boardgame (which the kids LOVED). And when you want to venture out, it's an easy 1.5km walk down to Bondi, or you can visit one of the many local restaurants, or grab a very good coffee from Oh Brians cafe just down the road (being from Melbourne we're VERY picky about our coffee 😆). The home was clean and exactly as described in the photos. Yiannis' communication was clear and honest, and he made us feel very welcomed. We hope to visit again in the future. Highly recommended

A really terrific spot for my family to catch up with Sydney family and friends. We all loved being so close to Cooper Park, which was just beautiful in the morning with all its birds. The house is close to the station and to shopping at Bondi Junction. The back yard was great for bbq-ing and had comfortable outdoor sofas. Altogether we were really pleased staying here and had a happy time!

We had a great few days at Alicia’s place . It was the perfect house for three couples . We had everything we needed . Would definitely recommend !

Jayne’s house is a jewel!! It’s so beautiful and cozy, we felt at home and never wanted to leave. She has amazing taste and the way it’s decorated is extremely beautiful! Location is super convenient, bed is comfy and if’s a quiet street. We would stay here again without a doubt. Jayne was also very friendly and helpful. If I could give more than 5* I would

Tina was an excellent host. She went over and beyond making sure we had a great stay, including putting in a brand new BBQ for us which was greatly appreciated. Communication was great prior to our arrival and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment was very clean and as described. It was great that liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided, as were kitchen basics, tea, coffee etc. The apartment is in a great location, a 5 minute walk from the Bondi shopping mall where you can buy everything you need, and a 20 minute walk from Bondi Beach. The heated pool, although small, is a rare find and great for cooler times of the year, and the lovely covered outdoor dining area is perfect for BBQs. The area is noisy with a busy multi lane main road directly behind the apartment and a school in front of it. The other thing to note is that the apartment is approached by about 10 steep external steps so might not be easy for people with mobility issues.

Absolutely loved staying at this location, truely remarkable. Amazing space and light, it’s a must stay for any get aways in Sydney. Plenty of amenities for all your needs, with great in July sound system which was a nice touch. The Host Victoria made all the difference, extremely helpful and responsive. She went above and beyond for my stay. Highly recommended, we didn’t want to leave!

We had a family wedding in Mosman, there was not much choice in accommodation and we worried that we would not find something that would accommodate our whole family and would be suitable for our needs. Bailey’s house was perfect, in fact it exceeded our expectations. It is a spectacular house in a beautiful garden setting with great outdoor spaces so close to the ferry that we could taxi to our wedding location, what a beautiful way to go. The kitchen was so well equipped that the ‘chefs’ amongst us had a ball cooking up a storm. Bailey kindly let us in a bit earlier on arrival so we could give our grandchild time to sleep in the afternoon. This was much appreciated. A fantastic stay that our whole family loved. Well worth the cost.

Beautiful, quiet house in beautiful surroundings. Only a short walk to the supermarket. We enjoyed the tennis court and the wonderful harbourside walking path only a short distance from the house. We were able to see Vivid from the top deck, which was lovely.

Super convenient family stay. We (family of 3) felt right at home with everything we needed in the house. Waverton train station is less than 5 minutes walk, then just a couple of stops to Sydney city centre, Chatswood for shopping etc. Waverton has some nice restaurants & bars, bottle shop and a small supermarket. There are lovely walks right on the doorstep down to the harbour or up to crows nest for dinner & cafes. Thanks Samantha for a great stay.

Really great apartment in a fantastic location. Easy to walk to the beach or jump on a bus into the city. The apartment is stunning, very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would happily stay there again. Host very helpful and responsive.

Our stay was great. The apartment is only a 5-10 minute walk from Bondi beach. There are also numerous cafes, a supermarket etc right on the doorstep. The apartment itself was clean, looked like the photos and had all the essentials! I can therefore only recommend the accommodation

Great for those who prefer the feel of a more “lived in space”. A good combination of being in one of quietest areas of the Inner West, but still only minutes from buses, trains and light rail to take you anywhere. The apartment itself is great, lovely view with great sunlight though still very private. Liz was very responsive and communicated everything clearly. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay - the apartment is beautifully done and thoughtfully finished - black out curtains in the bedrooms were very well received - especially with our young children and ceiling fans were great for the slightly warmer days. We enjoyed using the coffee machine for breakfast in the morning and kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals. The block is peaceful and quiet and the neighbours were very friendly. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. The team at Property Providers were great to deal with and very accomodating of our changing dates. Will keep this property in mind for any friends or family looking for a place to stay in Mosman.

Thank you for our stay at Balmoral! The family and I had a wonderful time. We have a one year old and a three year old who enjoyed going to the beach each day. The kids had a safe space to play in the enclosed courtyard. We made use of the fully equip kitchen, thank you! Irina was very accommodating and communicated well.

Amelia & Chris were super responsive and friendly and had a great place. They were kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine and beach bag for us too! Only thing is it’s noisy from the traffic.

We loved our day with Madeleine. The location is superb and having a bath/shower outside was such a treat with such a beautiful view. I just wish we had longer!

We loved our stay in this beautiful wooden cabin. So lovely to wake up with the light coming through the trees, hearing the birds, feeling the peace and quiet. Our girls particularly loved the hammock and toasting marshmallows at the fire pit. The beds were really comfortable and sheets crispy clean. Yum! Whitney was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay again.

Cant get over how beautiful our weekend was, staying at this Air BnB. So so peaceful, the house is done so homely. There’s no much to add, as the description depicts it perfectly. I would recommended, highly!!!

Gorgeous place to stay, helpful info from Nicky, wish we could have stayed longer. The setting is so peaceful and loved it even in the cold of winter. Enjoyed paddling there on our kayak from Mooney Mooney, such a stunning part of the world so close to Sydney and wonderful to arrive and enjoy the hot shower and a cup of tea!

Ben and Samantha have a beautiful and relaxing cabin on the Hawkesbury river. We had a great stay there and enjoyed waterskiing and using the amenities offered by the park. Their cabin was pristine and had all out family needed. We will come back!

Lovely peaceful spot, no traffic, train or watercraft noise, near the end of a culdesac on a quiet road. The studio is separate from the main house (by about 20m) and feels very private. We would come again. One issue was we couldn't get the aircon to blow warm, but Sak came over straight away and sorted it out (you have to have it on high fan, as well as heat and the correct temp). There are eating utensils and crockery enough for two people, as well as a fridge, kettle and toaster. Basically a lovely stay and a beautiful spot!
