Beachfront vacation rentals in Council of the City of Sydney

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property, which no photo does justice to just how stunning the view of the water is from not one but two decks. A two minute walk to wonderful shopping outlets, cafe’s, dog parks, gyms, salons, everything you need. The host is highly responsive, fair and accommodating. The quiet leafy neighbourhood filled with frangipani’s next to the water is beautiful, with a private area to have a sunny cool spa outdoors or a warm spa of an evening. The bbq placed right where you can see the water is a lovely touch for cooking outdoors with a view. I had everything I needed the moment I arrived which makes life so much easier. I can’t thank the host enough for my stay. This place is truly a gem. Thank you so much!

3 of us stayed here whilst attending a conference nearby. We all loved the apartment which was spacious and well stocked. We liked it so much we stayed 2 extra nights. The view of Malabar beach from the living area was lovely. I definitely recommend it - Linda was indeed a super host

We had a fabulous stay at Tammy and Marty's Bondi Beach apartment! Perfect location. We found it super clean and well-designed for families. Martina welcomed us with excellent hosting. Thoughtful provisions for babies and kids (chair, pram, coat, car seat, backpack) Fun toys, games, surfboard, skateboard, and kayak. And Lovely outdoor area The Picasso-inspired entrance with the quote "Every child is an artist" made a lasting impression on your kids! We highly recommend Tammy and Marty place and both as fantastic hosts!

A truely refreshing stay! Kim was extremely responsive and happy to answer any questions asked at pretty much any time. The place was extremely spotless and easy to maintain, with such beautiful lighting as well views out the front windows of the unit. Everything that was included in the unit was very easy to use including the tv, heating, air conditioning and lighting access. Would highly recommend this unit, 100% the best Airbnb listing I have ever stayed in! Will be sure to stay here again if I ever visit Bondi!

Fantastic location a short stroll to Bronte cafes for breakfast and sea water pool to do some laps. Light and spacious apartment with comfy beds, separate dining and lounge. Anne provided a lovely and much appreciated basket of goodies and early check-in and late check-out to coincide with flights. Highly recommend.

Loved this place so much! Gorgeous home right near the beach. Such a lovely home with so many nice treats in the bathroom and kitchen. A very comfortable stay. We will def be back!!!!

Perfect location if you want to be in the middle of Bondi, you can walk anywhere. Coffee shops, restaurants directly across from the beach. Great stay

Great location and place for our short stay in Sydney! Had amenities to stay longer but we only had a couple days. Plenty of places to eat and short straight walk to the beach!

Wonderful stay at Jai’s place in Maroubra beach! Great vibe in this neighborhood, very laid back and friendly. Literally steps from the beach. Fantastic cafes and easy to get anywhere via bus. Jai was super responsive about any questions and very helpful. We stayed there in December and the place was very hot for us Canadians, but the AC in the bedroom ensured we had a comfortable sleep. Jai’s place was well stocked and we felt right at home. Don’t hesitate to book here.

Such a fabulous location 10 mins from beach with outstanding local information and helpful hosts. Seadreams is a comfortable studio plus bathroom adjoining the hosts’ house. It has a delightful beach vibe in its decorations and a pleasant separate outside area .

The best view of Bondi Beach we could have wished for! The apartment was exactly as described, with an unbeatable location. We had no issues - the shower was hot and worked well (just need to plan the timing a bit, which wasn’t a problem). The Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, but it worked fine overall. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location, loved the beach, restaurants and shops in walking distance. Parking was a challenge on some days, but just had to circle around the neighborhood a few times to find something - probably due to the end of year holidays. Super quiet neighborhood, very relaxing.

Loved Kristi’s place. The location was fabulous for walking the seaside track and for accessing lots of great local attractions. It’s a well loved home and the views are terrific. Kristi was very responsive and I appreciated the early check in and late checkout. Kristi was let down by her cleaners who didn’t empty the kitchen bins and that made the kitchen smell. Kristi was very quick to apologise and offer solutions and a late checkout. I thoroughly recommend Kristi’s place. Thanks ☺️

We absolutely loved this apartment – it brought such joy to our whole family. The location is incredibly convenient, with restaurants, convenience stores, and a pharmacy just steps away. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and friendly, and the neighbors in the building were also warm and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. But the highlight was definitely the view – right outside the window is the stunning Sydney Harbour Bridge. It was truly breathtaking, and we found it hard to leave. We sincerely hope to have the chance to stay here again in the future!

I’d been in Australia for a couple of weeks and wanted somewhere relaxing, chilled and very close to a beach to stay for my final few days holiday and Claire’s apartment absolutely hit the spot. Its location just seconds from Maroubra beach is fantastic and the place has a real home from home feel about it. Claire was a super helpful and responsive host. I had a fantastic few days using Claire’s apartment as my base and would definitely use it again if I were to return to Sydney.

The studio is literally just across the road from public transport, a local coffee shop, and restaurants - super convenient! The place had everything we needed, was spotless, and such a sweet touch: it rained the entire time during our stay, and we noticed James had thoughtfully provided two big umbrellas for us to use ☔️ The only thing to flag is that the unit is at the top of the building, so it might be a bit tricky for anyone with heavy luggage. That said, it wasn’t an issue for us - we were only staying for a week and had just 2 carry-ons. Overall, our stay at James’s studio was perfect. Thanks again - we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Sydney! ☺️
