Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cottonwood Heights

The place looked just like the photos. Fun to have the ping pong table and shuffle board. Very quiet neighborhood. The host is very friendly and responds quickly. Great stay.

We were in town for the National Archery competition and did not want to stay in a hotel due to noise. This stay was peaceful and quiet. We cooked our own food and enjoyed out trip this time. The neighbors are very nice and Todd the host was checking on us to make sure if we had questions. It was a beautiful home and worth the money.

My stay was wonderful! This is in the basement of their house, but I didn’t notice as it was quiet and had no issues. The place is pretty big! One of the beds was a king and it was very comfortable. The kitchen area is very small, but outside that everything was wonderful. Very responsive host and clean place. Would stay here again! Thanks!

We loved Marisa’s place. This is the second time we stay at her condo. Our group consisted of my daughter, her three sons (ages 13, 10 and 7) and myself. We loved the super clean and roomy setup, and the proximity to shops, restaurants and the mountain trails. The two tandem parking spots helped a lot, since we had a very large car and a huge bike rack. My grandkids summed well the experience: “Next year, when we visit Utah, we shall rent the same place. “

My family highly recommends Susan’s place. This is our second time staying here because it is clean, quiet, comfortable, and has everything we need. I love the thoughtfulness that has been put into every detail in the home. The blackout curtains, fans, comfortable linens, throw blankets, fully-stocked kitchen (and more) were many of the things we appreciate about the space. Susan is so kind and communicative. We hope to return again.

Wonderful place to stay. Easy to check- in. Comfortable. I wanted to be close to the park so I could run. Location was great for that. I walked to the Sugarhouse restaurants and shops. Everything was comfortable and the price was great.

Great stay! I brought my dog and she loved the yard to play with Winston and Sally. Great apartment unit. 10/10 would recommend the place.

This was perfect for our family of four and our dog. We had an enjoyable stay. Gary and his wife were friendly, helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed the swim spa, the trampoline and the indoor basketball court. My kids were thrilled to stay here. The yard was fully fenced in. For the most part we had the backyard to ourselves, it was great!

This is a nice, clean place, and Jennifer was friendly, accommodating, and responded quickly to messages. I stayed here during an interstate move, and it was nice to be in a quiet suburb (but still close to restaurants and a Trader Joe’s) rather than the heart of SLC. I will say that the bed was very soft, and the laundry soap and toiletries were strongly fragranced. I know these are a matter of personal taste, but just thought I’d mention them in case anyone doesn’t like either of those things.

Shelby’s place was a wonderful place to stay in Sandy! It was a very convenient location for many recreational activities, sporting events, shopping, and the airport. Recommendations for the area’s restaurants and activities were provided. They also took care of the removal and washing of bedding and towels, unlike the long list of required duties some rentals have! That is super helpful and time-saving! Thanks for a great stay!

The neighborhood is very calm and peaceful. The location is within 5-10min. of all my favorites shopping places, restaurants, and freeway. The home is very clean, organized, and welcoming. As for the host, he was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. When we couldn't find something we needed, he brought it to us within 10min. of contacting him. When we requested a later check-out time, he worked with us to arrange and accommodate our request. Overall, the location is perfect, the home is clean and tidy, and the host is great. Everything was as shown and couldn't have been a better experience. I will definitely request to stay here again in the future.

Truly appreciated the little things throughout the house left for us that made the stay easier, more comfortable and felt like a home away from home.

Swanky2 is the perfect place to truly hide away. Kim is super nice. My only regret is not having time to meet her. This area is nice, safe, lots of shopping, plenty to do & within a short distance of so much more. We enjoyed our time at Swanky2 and wished we could’ve stayed longer. We did get to share our stay with scute mama raccoon & her babies. The babies made the cutest sounds. Kim was always checking to make sure they weren’t bothering us. My daughter was ready to take them home. Kim was wonderful & perhaps we’ll meet at some point. We hope you enjoy your stay with the giraffes as much as we did.

We had a lovely stay! Justin’s home is in a fantastic neighborhood with wonderful views. The house is incredibly well laid out, and our kids really enjoyed the open floor plan and closed off backyard to run around. Close proximity to everywhere we wanted to be. Very clean and well stocked home. Hosts were also flexible with our check in/out times which we were very appreciative of. Thank you for having us!

This was an awesome stay. I stayed for my wedding, to get ready before and after. It was close to my venue which was 8 minutes away up the canyon. It was beautiful up there. The place was provate and clean. And there was plenty of entertainment for groomsmen and bridesmaid to do while helping us get ready. Lindsay was very accommodating and didn't mind we had a few extra people during the day. Also she was very sweet and gifted me a beautiful bouquet of flowers as a wedding gift. 100% would recommend!

Beautiful, clean home. Lots of room for the kids inside and outside, loved the park that was walking distance. Neighborhood was a little difficult to get around with a pickup (small streets and parking area) but we made it work. Definitely recommend for a family stay!

Great home base and amenities. Right across the street from the delicious breakfast and coffee place Vosen's Bread Paradise too. Public transit is close by and everywhere we wanted to go was a ten minute or less Lyft ride away.

Jennifer’s place was a great location for us. Walkable to some great restaurants and convention center. Unfortunate the elevator was down with 2 young kids but we made it work! Floors and bathrooms could’ve been cleaned better and place needs a good dusting otherwise it was clean. Would recommend anyone staying here to bring their own sound machine! It is very noisy at night as mentioned. Never felt unsafe staying here, but there is quite a bit of homeless population in the area. Overall, we would stay again.

I love this place!! When I walk in it feels like I am home! So convenient to the train and convention center! I will always stay here!

My husband and I are on a road trip and this was our first time in Salt Lake City. Rebecca’s place was perfect for us. She had parking for our rental car. We were able to walk to restaurants and a bakery across the street. Also walkable to Temple Square and the stop to get on our local tour. Her place was very clean and spacious. Clear detailed check-in and check-out instructions. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is lovely and Elizabeth’s communication was fantastic. The area is very walkable with shopping and restaurants close by. The condo was very clean and the entry by code was so convenient. As others mentioned it is somewhat noisy (particularly the unit above) but Elizabeth provided ear plugs and a noise machine for sleeping, which was appreciated. I would stay again and recommend!
