Vacation rentals with a patio in Cottonwood Heights

Colin was great to deal with, very responsive. I enjoyed the hot tub a couple of times, very nice. Place was nice and clean, perfect for what I needed. The only knock on the place is that you don't have the ability to control the air conditioning...it is on the same thermostat as the main house. But overall everything was great.

Beautiful apartment and convenient location. Appreciated the extra touches. Also appreciated the flexibility for our need to enter a bit early.

The location was perfect for us as my son lives a few blocks away. The neighborhood was quiet. The Airdream team was very responsive to minor inquiries. That is a plus!! Very central to our hiking excursions. Thank you, Airdream team!

Fantastic place - a lot of thought has been put in to the design and layout here. Best of all, the location is incredible! Close enough to town and other local amenities, and perfectly situated for all the canyons. Great host who made everything easy and relaxed - highly recommend!

A lovely spot in a fantastic, walkable location with good transit access AND a secure parking garage. Check-in was a bit complicated, but the provided instructions were very clear and communication was great overall.

We were here for 14 days while visiting family. Very nice apartment in great area. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. Dave’s place was perfect for our stay! I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank-you!

Jake was super responsive!! Place was perfect for the four of us - definitely could have held more . Great tv for relaxing after skiing !! Super close to the resorts would so stay there next year !! Highly recommend it just don’t book it when I want to go 😜😂

Beautiful home for our summer family gathering in Utah. Eddy and Stephani are very responsive and helpful with accommodations. We loved staying at their place and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay for a ski trip or summer vacation in Utah.

Whole family stayed here for a nearby wedding. Location is great. Pressed right up to the mountainside. Walk to nearby park. Seems like you’re away from everything but stores and restaurants are only a short drive away. I think this is a great location for a ski trip. I would definitely recommend this property.

Swanky2 is the perfect place to truly hide away. Kim is super nice. My only regret is not having time to meet her. This area is nice, safe, lots of shopping, plenty to do & within a short distance of so much more. We enjoyed our time at Swanky2 and wished we could’ve stayed longer. We did get to share our stay with scute mama raccoon & her babies. The babies made the cutest sounds. Kim was always checking to make sure they weren’t bothering us. My daughter was ready to take them home. Kim was wonderful & perhaps we’ll meet at some point. We hope you enjoy your stay with the giraffes as much as we did.

My doggy and I stand for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! Great location with beautiful surroundings! Loved the fenced in yard for my pup to get his energy out. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

This was an awesome stay. I stayed for my wedding, to get ready before and after. It was close to my venue which was 8 minutes away up the canyon. It was beautiful up there. The place was provate and clean. And there was plenty of entertainment for groomsmen and bridesmaid to do while helping us get ready. Lindsay was very accommodating and didn't mind we had a few extra people during the day. Also she was very sweet and gifted me a beautiful bouquet of flowers as a wedding gift. 100% would recommend!

This AirBnB has it all- great location, all the amenities, and a perfect host. Truly loved my stay with Kellie and Tim. They were excellent hosts that I was lucky enough to meet while I stayed with them. Also met their 3 lovely pups so I was able to get some snuggles to fulfill my puppy pets and scratches while missing my own fur babies. The location is close to anything you may want to do in SLC- hiking, food, etc. The AirBNB itself is fully stocked with all that one might need during their stay plus some extras. Couldn't ask for a more perfect place!

Had an amazing stay at Juels place! Easy access to mountains, spacious layout for larger group, updated furniture and amenities etc. couldn’t have been happier with the home and Juels attentiveness. Would happily stay here again.

This was the cutest little condo I stayed at, my boyfriend and I so pleased with how comfortable everything was. It was so clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the balcony had a view of the City lights. We will most definitely be coming back.

Not only is the house beautiful, but the neighborhood is as well. It has stunning views, and even though it’s close to a main road, it’s quiet and safe. We really enjoyed our stay. Andrew and Shanda were kind enough to let us extend for one more night at the last minute.

Heather’s place was PERFECT! Extremely clean, comfortable, modern, TV’s in each room, fully stocked kitchen, and hot tub! The beds were beautifully made and mattresses and bedding felt luxurious! Showers were supplied with really nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and extra towels for the hot tub were also provided! This was the perfect place for our annual book club retreat! We would love to come stay again!!

The condo was a fun little getaway! The hot tub was our favorite part! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our little retreat. I was able to reach out to Isaac and got immediate responses. my husband and I were very pleased with our hosts and fun weekend at the condo! We had a great stay! The listing was exactly as pictured—very clean, comfortable and overall had a lovely feel. The beds were especially comfy, and we generally felt safe throughout our stay with our little ones. Having access to the garage and the option to charge our EV was a fantastic added bonus. The location was excellent too, with a delicious hotpot place and Chinese desserts just across the street—super convenient! Would definitely recommend this place and would loveee to stay again.

Every person has a different description of perfect and I must say that Teri's place is definitely my ideal of perfect! Teri welcome to me on a holiday weekend for Easter. She allowed my German Shepherd to stay at her home. The neighborhood is lovely and very walkable. I felt safe and completely at home. There are thoughtful touches everywhere including local art pieces. The morning provides you a spectacular Mountain view and during my stay the mountains were snow capped. The air is crisp and clean and after long dog show days her home was delightful to come "home" to.
