Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Cotter

This is our favorite place to stay because it accommodates our family comfortably, has games for the kids, and very close to our favorite fishing spot at White Hole. This is our second year to stay and look forward to next time.

Everything about this stay was great. The home was clean. The neighborhood was friendly, plenty of birds and squirrels to watch. Very peaceful area. Location is great for the water and water activities nearby. The home had everything we needed and all the things we didn’t even think we needed. The host was responsive within minutes, And so helpful for anything we had questions about. We will be back to stay here for sure. When you talk about Home, this was home—plenty of room and space and everything you need. This host has thought of EVERYTHING!!

This house exceeded our expectations. It's conveniently located minutes from outfitters for our Buffalo River float trip. The yard is large and spacious with a beautiful view. The house was so warm and welcoming with plenty of space for the six of us. The home is also very dog friendly with food and water bowls and dog beds provided. I can't say enough about this place! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home base for our two families with kids. Basement was perfect for multiple kids and location on the river was awesome. We caught fish right outside the cabin and were able to launch / land our raft right from the property. Other than the torrential rain and “generational flooding,” our trip was perfect 😂😂

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house by the river! The location was perfect for relaxation, with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. The cabin itself was well-equipped, clean, and super comfortable. Great spot for a quiet getaway. Highly recommend!

Heron house is amazing! Just sit on the patio and watch the river, or go down to the shore and put a hook in the water. It was so relaxing. The house itself is very well stocked with condiments and seasonings. There was a welcome snack basket, fresh flower bouquet, plus fresh milk in the refrigerator. Chris and Margo are absolutly the best hosts! Thank you so much for a great getaway!

Excellent place to stay, this was our second stay there and we are totally impressed with the entire property and process. This is the best property we have ever stayed at.

Cute little place. Loved the cedar walls… smelled wonderful! Our family of four stayed there comfortably and we were able to bring our dog. Lori was very helpful with check-in and friendly.

The place was nice. It has plenty to do and is close to Norfork Lake with a private launch. The owners are very nice and communicate very well. They go out of their way to make sure you have a good time. We had some weather issues and had to cut the stay short but that was no fault of the owners. Overall, we are planning another stay with them.

The hosts were amazing! They were good communicators, very hospitable, and made me and my fur babies feel at home. Will definitely stay again when I’m in the area!

A lovely home with rocking chairs on the deck and enclosed porch, a large kitchen, streaming television, comfortable beds, and plenty of bathrooms. One of those rare locations at which pets are welcome. Great place for a multi-family getaway!

Great property with a great view! This property was furnished better than most other properties I have rented. I would highly recommend this property.

Small (cozy) cabin just up from the lake. Lake views, deer in the yard. Decent boat dock and ramp without the marina traffic. Great weekend, Shop before you get there, your in the sticks even the super brave dollar general stays at least 30 min back in 6 directions.

We had a great relaxing week staying at Jason’s cabin. It was very peaceful and quaint. It’s right on the river with easy access down to the river. We had everything we needed and Flippin isn’t but a 23 min drive away to grocery stores and restaurants. Overall we had a great time here!

This was the perfect “hideaway” for our short stay in Cotter. It was in a nice area to walk and it provided a very peaceful atmosphere to just relax. The host was very nice and responsive. Will definitely stay here again if I am back in Cotter!

Jennifer was very responsive. Upon our arrival we noticed there was only one washcloth and hand towel. I messaged Jennifer, and she responded right away and had new towels delivered first thing the next morning along with several other items. I would definitely recommend the home to others!

Description and pics matched the listing. We did stay during a week of bad weather. We used the garage with the concrete slab as a place of shelter during the tornado sightings and big storms over us. Afterward, sleep was the highlight. All of the adrenaline from storm preparations and warnings made the body and brain tired. Slept very well and pulled out the next day as, it was the end of our stay. Would highly recommend Harvey’s place.

Whitlock Cabin was great! Easy to find, clean and tidy! Just as described. The scenery was amazing, and area was peaceful! Will stay here again if we are in the area!!

We had such a nice time staying here. It’s a large, lovely place with a big deck to take in the sunsets. We were lucky enough to watch the eclipse from the lawn, a once in a lifetime event! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a lake escape.

location location location!!! the location was as beautiful as described in listing and in person. very quiet and secluded. Kenneth was always available by text. Definitely follow his turn by turn by directions. 4 wheel drive came in handy on the way out.
