Cottage vacation rentals in Cottage Grove

We had a great stay! The BNB was clean for the most part, (the pull out bed had quite a few crumbs and popcorn left behind) but was comfortable and fun. We unfortunately didn't get to use the amenities the resort had for our entire stay as it was closed for construction. Rating 5 star for the Host as the issues we did have wasn't the hosts fault.

S&T’s spot was perfect for what my family needed. Comfortable, close enough to the dells in the winter and great atmosphere at the resort itself. Would recommend for family time

We were impressed by the cleanliness and open feeling of the place. It was a little smaller than we expected and had very limited seating but fit our group of 3 ok. I can’t imagine it being comfortable for a larger group though unless you’re only using the place to sleep! Overall it was a pleasant experience, beds were comfortable, kitchen well-appointed and the hot tub was nice, but we did feel that the price, once the cleaning fee was added on, was a little steep.

Christmas Mountain Resort is a nice place to stay. Been there several times before.

Jonathan’s home was spacious and comfortable for our large group. Plenty of space to spread out or gather to celebrate. We loved the grill, spacious dining room table, large TV, and multiple bathrooms.

We took our family on a long weekend vacation to explore Lake Geneva and this was such a perfect lake side cottage that was only 20 mins from Lake Geneva. It was so nice to come home to a quiet spot to fish and relax. The cabin is so clean, cozy, cute and had more then everything we needed.

Ashley was super responsive and really easy check in and check out. Super nice house, very peaceful! The book had everything we needed in it! Restaurant advice along with instructions for everything we needed. Strongly recommend this house! Thanks! Michelle

We had a wonderful stay at Jenna’s place. A perfect location on the lake, fantastic backyard and plenty of amenities. Would definitely love to return!

Jordyn is extremely responsive and always available (without invading guests’ privacy). The cottage was an absolute dream — comfy, private, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful lakes and miles and miles of boardwalk and paved trails. We stayed for 12 days after surgery at UW, and it was a perfect place for recovery, rehab, rest & relaxation.

This stay was a bit tricky for me because I was trying to accommodate constant schedule adjustments with family and friends who were traveling from outside of the state and country. I appreciated Cortney was willing to accommodate the adjustments along the way. Thank you!

Wonderful & peaceful cottage within beautiful, lush rolling hills located close to many things to do: Charming, historical, artsy Mineral Point with the Red Rooster for local pasties, World champion/Hooks Cheese (amazing fresh curds & cheese), and a great farmers market! Stroll the grounds or hike the trails… Completely enjoyed our stay & hope to come back soon! Thanks so much for sharing your very special property!:)

Michael’s place had open access to lake with great view, spacious yard with fire place, and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone for a getaway from city

Had a great stay! Place was beautiful and the location was great! Tiffany was very responsive :) The second bedroom was smaller than anticipated but it made sense due to the size of the house. The private beach you have access to is less than a minute walk and we caught some good fish over there. Overall had a great stay and would highly recommend staying here!

Super cute place!

Stayed 3 nights to visit family in area. Cute, cozy, and, quiet area that fit our needs perfectly. Everything you need in house for a longer stay and, everything was really clean upon entering house! Beds were comfortable too! The backyard was great for our german shep to play ball, which it's so hard to do when staying in a hotel. Jess was very responsive, super friendly and a pleasure to deal with! Convenient location and walkable to downtown and the shops! Would definitely stay again! :)

We had the best girls trip here! Everything is so beautifully decorated and cozy. The slumber party room gets pretty chilly, but the rest of the house was comfortable. The location is quiet and secluded and a quick drive to downtown Fontana. Lake Geneva is about a 15-20 minute drive which was not bad at all and we were able to find Ubers. The nature was great; we saw lots of deer and kitties in the backyard (so cute), and the fire pit super cozy. We'd love to come back! Thank you!!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, historic cottage and would highly recommend it. The host has thought of everything to make your experience one full of beauty, comfort, fun, relaxation and ease. As a writer and artist looking for a small town, private retreat, it was a perfect location and living experience, very inspiring and productive. Williams Bay is charming, with great local services including a convenient yoga studio, grocery and salon--all within walking distance of the gorgeous lakefront. This is a gem.

The home was fabulous. It was a great size. They had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, everything you could think of. It was well stocked with games and puzzles. They provided life jackets and paddle boards and kayaks. The porch was delightful to sit in and have coffee in the morning and look out at the lake. There was a a beautiful fire pit and they provided great wood. Beds were very comfortable. There is also a great restaurant/bar a block and a half away that you can walk to. I would highly recommend if your in the area to book it.

The cottage was fabulous. From the moment we opened the front door, it had such a positive vibe! It was clean and bright. Very inviting. Also two awesome workspaces. — as I found myself having to set up my work laptop while I was there. The outdoor space was very inviting with fabulous places to swing and listen to the birds. The private beach was quite the added surprise! Spectacular view of sunsets over the water. So peaceful!

Dave's house was a perfect spot to enjoy the Dells with a young family - close to all the attractions, while still providing a quiet retreat from the activity. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the fire pit was perfect for some s'mores roasting. It definitely feels like home, thanks Dave, we would definitely stay again!

This was a lovely Airbnb. We enjoyed the MCM/retro decor. It’s very spacious! There was plenty of room for 3 of us and then some! The kitchen and bath are so nicely updated. It’s a very peaceful location with lots of mature trees around the property.
