Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Cotignac

We loved our stay in Besse-sur-Issole. It was the perfect spot during our trip—peaceful, charming, and full of local character. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for walking everywhere. One of the best parts? The croissant from the local boulangerie—hands down the best we’ve had so far in southern France. We really enjoyed walking into the village square each morning, grabbing coffee, and popping into the little shops and restaurants. Everyone was friendly, and the vibe was relaxed and authentic. A great stop if you’re looking to enjoy a quieter side of Provence. We took multiple day trips, super easy from this cozy retreat. The Gorge du Verdon is a must. We had fun visiting Canne, Antibes and Nice. Great day trips, best was coming back to Besse. Thank you Helene and Roxane. We loved Berg….❤️. Thank you!!

What a lovely place. We had a fabulous 10 day stay. The Apartment is spacious and has a large sunny terrace for alfresco dining. The pool accessed through the main garden is large and private. We had exclusive use of it for the entire stay!(between 10am and 6 pm). It’s an easy walk into town where there are shops and restaurants a plenty. Excellent value and very relaxing . We will be returning soon!

Our stay was pure family happiness. Everything was perfect, from impeccable cleanliness to refined decoration. The outside, a haven of peace, invited relaxation and family meals. The restorative jacuzzi and the children's play area were very much appreciated. Clément and his family are adorable, always available and their valuable advice allowed us to discover the Verdon region at its best. A place that I highly recommend for a getaway in the heart of nature. We will come back without hesitation!

Beautiful home with a pool and outdoor lounge area. Only a 15 minute walk to the local shops & restaurants. Lolita (who helped us on arrival) was very kind & helpful. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful week staying in Madalina’s home in Cotignac as a family of 10 adults and 1 child. The house is absolutely beautiful and just a short drive from Cotignac. Madalina and Stephanie were both very responsive and provided some great recommendations for local activities and restaurants. There were also plenty of toys and games for children, and of course activities for adults with the lovely pool, ping pong table and padel courts. I would highly recommend this beautiful home. Bernadette is the most gracious, helpful and fun hostess. She was so lovely when my husband was ill, and we had to stay another night. The house is so beautifully decorated, incredibly tasteful throughout. I’ve brought ideas home for my own building project!

The stay was pleasant in a beautiful setting thanks to the tasteful amenities. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Everything was easy thanks to the very clear explanations given by Benoît. I would recommend it 100%.

The apartment is very charming, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The view from the window and the small balcony is spectacular at any time of day, just fantastic. Within walking distance you were very quickly in the small lovely town or even on the beach. We had a wonderfully relaxing time. The hosts are very courteous and helpful and easily accessible at all times. Thanks so much for this. We can recommend the Sardinette without restriction. Location is exceptionally nice.

It was the best Airbnb I've ever rented in France! The place is even better in person than in the photos. You have everything you need for a total change of scenery, you really feel like you're in Indonesia rather than in the Var. In addition, the garden is incredible and very well maintained, we felt like we were in the Garden of Eden. Thank you to Christelle for the small welcoming touches.

wonderful stay in this apartment ideally located directly on the beach, you feel like you're in a boat, at night rocked by the sound of the waves, all the elements are present to have a nice time with the family. the accommodation is very functional, it was perfect. thank you very much.

Very good stay in a refurbished and very well-equipped apartment :) Secure residence a five-minute walk from the center of Sainte Maxime and its beach. At the foot of a waterway with the possibility of walking to the sea. I recommend it!

Alex responds to the messages and requests very well. He made the process very easy. The place is exactly like the pictures, the view is even better in person! The only thing to note is the bathroom has a sliding door which doesn't close fully, might be best to be aware when staying with someone else :)

We had a wonderful stay here. Truly one of the best patio views we’ve ever had. The location is also perfect for access to the town and beaches.

I liked staying at this place, it was nice and clean. The only problem we encountered is that we couldn’t find anywhere to eat breakfast. Other than that everything was as expected and I would recommend this place for anyone that would like to stay in a cute and modern apartment near the sea!
