Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Costa Verde

We had a great weekend at accommodation Benaki, with everything you need for a pleasant stay, in an idyllic setting. The views from the house, with the green mountains in the background, are spectacular. As for the house itself, it is perfectly equipped and prepared for the mountain climate. Communication with Carmen, the host, was another very positive point to take into account, giving us the necessary information to enjoy the house, making recommendations on what to do and where to eat in the surroundings, and always being willing to solve any questions we might have. We will repeat, it is perfect to spend a few days in the middle of nature.

This was an amazing Airbnb -absolutely stunning and I wish we had booked a longer stay. Everything was beautiful and the views were out of this world. So nice to meet Marta and she was so responsive. We will tell all out friends to add this place to their must visit lists!

We had wonderful stay at Ethel’s! She was so welcoming and showed us all around her “paradise” that she had lovingly restored. There were many small touches that made you feel at home. She was even kind enough to pick up things for us at the market because we had a long driving day. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Asturias countryside, but the town was also very close. Our dog enjoyed meeting the chickens, horses, and sheep! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful, spacious house in the most stunning location. The balcony is wonderful - lots of space and comfortable seating plus table with great view of the mountains. Short drive to Potes for restaurants and bars.

Carmen's house is very cozy, very clean and with everything you need. It's in a very quiet and beautiful area. It is as shown in the description and photos. Well connected, close to the beach and you can do many routes in the area. And the best thing is Carmen, friendly, always attentive, she has been one of the best hosts I have ever met. We will definitely be back.

Traveling as a couple, Ramón, even without having met him, was very kind and willing to help with whatever was necessary. The house is as described, if you don't know the area yet... What are you waiting for?? I'm sure you'll love it, and Ramón's place is the ideal place to stay and get around the area. We'll be back for sure 😉

Everything was just perfect! The quiet, the beauty, the warmth and charm; it's all here! The location is close to Potes and lots of hiking. Pat gave us some wonderful recommendations that did not disappoint. And even welcomed us with a bottle of wine. The wood burning stove was a treat in the cool evenings. We can't recommend this little slice of heaven enough. Mila esker! 🫶🏼

We can't rate this house or its host highly enough, it's absolutely stunning. Roberto is well worthy of his superhost status, he and Elana responded to our difficulties and quickly resolved the issues. The views of the surrounding countryside really are breathtaking and the culture of the local people is infectious, from drinking Asturian cider, to enjoying the local dishes, it's all done in a welcoming manner. Roberto and Elana, thank you, we will return.

The accomodation and place was absolutely beautiful, could not recommend Ana’s place more. Great communication, clean, beautiful views and everything you need. Would stay again!

It was a little tricky to ‘get in’ as there are two train stations and two parks nearby and that was our directions. Since we got in late, Andrea was so kind and helpful making sure we made it in! Also the locals (especially those at El Cubano) were very friendly and helped us out. MasyMas was close by (store) and the town was great to visit and just hang out. Wonderful food, great Celtic feel and amazing Cidra pouring bars…a TRUE are form! We hung out at El Cubano and loved their food and Cidras. Andrea was helpful in giving us advice (and we gave her our experiences, photos for the next couple). We are older so stairs are hard but it wasn’t bad, just at the beginning. The lock is tricky, keep trying until you get in. That was our only issue, other than that it was a wonderful place! Nice to close a door when partner is sleeping! Lovely views from room! We had a wonderful stay at Sarai’s apartment as a couple with a young baby and a grandmother along with us. The apartment is extremely clean and tidy, with all listed amenities - perfect as a base to explore Cantabria and Santander. The terrace was lovely in the sunshine! Also, Sarai made sure there was a baby cot and baby high chair (and even left a teddy bear and baby towel!). We would heartily recommend this apartment!

We loved this apartment. The design was on point and had everything we needed for a family of five. The location was superb. Everything was walking distance and centrally located. Loved it! Highly recommend.

The apartment is very nice and a phenomenal view. We also enjoyed the pool, although it was still a bit cool. The apartment is well furnished and we felt very comfortable. Juanjo also lives on the property, speaks good English, is very nice and helps quickly! We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back one day.

Angel's apartment met all our expectations. It was easily accessible (10 minutes walk from Oviedo station), comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. We recommend it!

Very nice, clean and well-equipped apartment. Perfect for two people, the bathroom is somewhat small. Very equipped and modern kitchen. Everything was very clean. Laura was always attentive and decisive. Next to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Keep in mind that it is on the second floor without an elevator, not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The indoor parking is fine, but since there are no designated spaces during busy times such as summer or long weekends, you run out of space, and it is almost impossible to park outside. We went on a long weekend and it was already full, so in summer it can be crazy. I'd go back, but not in summer

It's been an incredible experience. We felt right at home, the cleanliness, Javier's service, the welcome gift, the good parking, the privacy, the location of the apartment, the views, the brightness... everything in general has made us want to return. And we will, I'm sure of it.

Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Parking space in the building, convenient and with easy access to the internal elevator. Our children really enjoyed the bedroom equipped with some games. Friendly host, always available and responsive. Very useful tips for visiting the region and for meals. Luanco is a very nice coastal town and convenient as a base for exploring the region.
