Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Costa Verde

Very nice and clean accommodation, pets are allowed and it is appreciated. Good location to visit Gijon, Aviles, Covadonga, Oviedo etc. The house has all the amenities, but there is a rooster in the village that wakes you up at 5.30, but it is not the accommodation's fault. We would definitely stay here again

A place of peace and quiet. The house is excellent for spending a few days away from everything and enjoying nature, very close to Potes where you can find everything. Very grateful for Felix who helped us with questions about the house and told us what to visit in the area. We would definitely do it again.

Quiet, small cottage to relax with wonderful surroundings.

As soon as we stepped into the apartment, we felt a sense of calm. It's almost impossible not to feel relaxed while surrounded by the beautiful countryside views. The house was designed to capture the scenery, especially with the large living room and master bedroom windows positioned perfectly west. We often preferred having dinner at home while catching a view of the mountain side sunsets over eating out for the evening.

We loved our stay. The view from the living area is spectacular. I really enjoyed mornings and evenings with the windows open and the view overlooking the mountains. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The hosts were so kind and even went out of their way to give our kids welcome treats. They also gave us recommendations for hikes, including kid-friendly hikes, and restaurants in the area. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We can't rate this house or its host highly enough, it's absolutely stunning. Roberto is well worthy of his superhost status, he and Elana responded to our difficulties and quickly resolved the issues. The views of the surrounding countryside really are breathtaking and the culture of the local people is infectious, from drinking Asturian cider, to enjoying the local dishes, it's all done in a welcoming manner. Roberto and Elana, thank you, we will return.

Jose Antonio as host is 10, always pending. "A Casiña "is just like the photos, cozy, intimate, it has everything you need. Our dog, Kali enjoys the garden very much by being able to be without a belt. We feel at home. The neighbors are very nice. We loved staying at Belen's place. The house is situated in the mountains with beautiful views. When we arrived, Belen greeted us with a delicious cake. The place was spotless and the kitchen well-equipped. The house is also only a 10 minute drive away from Pola de Laviana, where you can find some nice restaurants and other amenities. Belen lives just next door if you need anything. An ideal base from which to also explore the rest of Asturias. We fell in love with Asturias and would absolutely stay here again. We were a couple of nights my partner and I to disconnect a little and, really, it's an ideal place for it. Ground floor of a two-story house with a small garden and stunning views. The apartment has all you need and is very comfortable. Exceptional cleanliness and communication with Lara de ten. It didn't make us good weather, but the village is a haven of peace and has a multitude of hiking trails to admire the scenery. We will definitely repeat!!!

Beautiful and traditional accommodation in the middle of the mountains. Ideal if you want to get to know the local life in remote villages and take walks in the mountains. We felt at home in the accommodation and it had everything we needed. The restaurant right across the street was also very pleasing.

Excellent apartment, unbeatable views, very cozy and ideal to enjoy a few days of disconnecting since having a pool, barbecue and hiking trails, you don't need much more, however, very close there are very nice villages to visit. Elena has been very helpful with all the information she provided. She is an excellent host. Definitely a place to repeat.

We were 11 in the family, 6 adults, 3 teenagers and 1 girl. We all loved the house, garden, porch and patio. There was room for everyone, and for all activities. Juan Jose was very attentive to us, and the truth is that there was no problem with the house, its facilities, and its equipment. The antique furniture was beautiful and interesting, especially the sink in the master bedroom bathroom. We liked it so much that we will surely stay at La Casa de las Palmeras again. Very close to Gijón, and at the same time secluded; there were many of us and everything was great, one bathroom per room. Taxis take you and pick you up without a problem. Maria and her family are very nice and she was always available when we needed her. Flexible and attentive, 100% recommended.
