Vacation rentals with a patio in Costa Verde

The accommodation is very rural and quiet is completely newly renovated and has full kitchen equipment. Everything was very clean and well prepared. The washing machine and dryer work perfectly. We were there for 4 days and would come back anytime.

Warm reception by Noelia and partner. Wonderful delicacies. Apartment was very clean. Good bed, lovely terrace, is in a car noisy street close to several restaurants. Noelia is always available and gives good tips. Vvv is just around the corner for all kinds of information. When we come back to Aviles, we will definitely stay here again.

The accommodation itself is fantastic. As seen in the images: clean, complete, comfortable and cozy. Very good communication to visit a multitude of places in the area. With supermarket and gas station nearby. And Daniel's treatment, exquisite. Very good communication, always attentive to everything. And with some welcome details that are appreciated.

If you are looking for the definition of Spanish hospitality, you will find it with Blanqui and Eduardo, Enrique's parents, who take care of the apartment. We didn't feel like AirBnB guests with them, but part of the family! Upon our arrival, Eduardo greeted us very kindly and helped us find a parking space. During the subsequent introduction to the apartment, he and Blanqui were beaming with joy. They were particularly great with our children, which really pleased us. There is a wonderful atmosphere all around. Enrique also sent us a detailed list of activities that we found very helpful. Thank you! The apartment is lovingly renovated and nothing is missing. In the kitchen, small items are available for breakfast. The book room and the balcony are particularly cozy. After two nights, we traveled on. However, we said goodbye so warmly as if it had been a year. We are already looking forward to our return!

This place is a slice of heaven. The house was spotless, the view absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a hike. We truly enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful, and the property looked exactly like the photos. Waking up to beautiful morning views with horses grazing was magical. would definetly recommend and stay again.

A very peaceful, idyllic place, easy to get to. The house is very comfortable and has a small garden. Everything is extremely clean. Highly recommended. Communication with María Jesús is fast, easy and simple.

We enjoyed the house. Everything is new and tastefully furnished. The location is beautiful with mountain views in a small hamlet. At the campsite across the street, bread can be bought and there is a restaurant where you can enjoy a nice meal. For us, this stay was worth at least 6 stars!

The stay at Raquel's house was wonderful. The house was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, just as shown in the photos. Raquel was always attentive to any questions we might have. She brought us quesada, sobaos, eggs, cherries... it was non-stop! We felt so comfortable that we have no doubt that we will return. Thank you Raquel for making us feel at home! Lovely and peaceful country setting. The house is very well stocked and even with breakfast items. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the area. Very responsive and helpful communication.

We had a great time at Maria's place. The house is practically new, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. You can tell that it is thought out in detail to make you feel at home: from the kitchenware to the small details that the host has had, everything. We especially want to thank Maria for her close and friendly treatment, always making sure that we were comfortable and with great flexibility that made our stay even easier, something we value very much. The house is very comfortable, bright, quiet and is located in an ideal area to get to know the area. We definitely recommend the stay and we will definitely return if the opportunity arises. We loved our stay. The view from the living area is spectacular. I really enjoyed mornings and evenings with the windows open and the view overlooking the mountains. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The hosts were so kind and even went out of their way to give our kids welcome treats. They also gave us recommendations for hikes, including kid-friendly hikes, and restaurants in the area. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful apartment, very new, spacious. Not at all bothered by ambient noise. Great bed and lovely shower. Kitchen fully furnished. And a nice balcony!! And Fernando was very service oriented.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. A lovely little apartment for a couple of nights stop in Suances, Carlos was very helpful and gave great instructions to find and access the apartment, nice little garden for our dog. Very comfortable bed

We had an excellent 3 night stay in Pilars beautiful apartment right in the centre of town. Pilar gave us several restaurant recommendations, one being La Sifoneria (20 metres away), it was so good we eat there every night! We cannot recommend Pilars apartment highly enough.

We were very good. The description fits what we found. Both Mario and Lili were very nice and a charm. Sitio recommendedado. We were very pleased!

A place with incredible peace and very nicely located. If you are looking to spend a few quiet days, it is an ideal place. It is surrounded by nature, with the beach very close and very well connected to visit picturesque villages and eat in good restaurants. We repeat for sure!
