Beautiful 2 floor Villa for 10 people, only 350 metres (4 minutes walking) from the wonderful beach of Rodiles (and the nearby quiet beach of Misiego), with a big jacuzzi, for 3 or 4 people, and a breathtaking view over the Villaviciosa ria (Natural reserve estuary). The house ir very well equipped and the garden has fruit trees and places to rest. A lot of equipment for water sports is available. Very good heater system. Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. There are not enough words to describe our stay at Pilar & Chechu’s beautiful home in Asturias. The views are unbelievable and never get old. The home is so lovely, decorated with an eye towards quiet luxury but with a heart full of warmth. We loved our week there and our family of 5 made such great memories. Chechu and Pilar are a fantastic hosts, responsive and so generous with recommendations to make our stay in Asturias special. We already miss it and hope to visit again soon. Highly recommend.

The stay in Rincon de Denver has been great. The house has a spectacular view of the Ria. Everything was very clean and tidy. Newly renovated. There are 4 televisions in the house, washing machine, dishwasher and everything you need. Look out, no oven. The surroundings are very nice and there are many things to do: Altamira caves 15 minutes away, Santander 30 min. Important: The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk (downhill) down a steep slope, not suitable for carts. That beach has low tide much of the day, then we couldn't bathe. La Concha beach is not walking distance, but very close by car. There's parking at 3 euros per day, which works great. The site is great and worth visiting.

A spacious chalet features a stone facade and a warmly tiled roof. A well-maintained garden surrounds a clear swimming pool, with leafy trees providing shade. White outdoor furniture is positioned nearby, inviting relaxation amidst the greenery.

We loved the house. It is in the middle of nature, ideal for routes, ferratas... Very clean, comfortable beds and with a fireplace perfect for cool nights. Access is easy and is parked without a problem. And the host Maria Cruz, a charm: always available and super friendly.
