Vacation rentals with a patio in Costa Verde

Warm welcome by Andrea and introduction to the apartment. Lots of good tips about the surroundings. Beautiful location in the pine forest with the possibility of walking to the kilometer-long sandy beach. Ideal place for our dog as well. Pleasant climate even in the heat inland. Beautiful sunsets. The house is well equipped. For Internet connection, you have to rely on your own hotspot.

We had a wonderful stay at Marcantonio's, who is very friendly. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was of course the highlight and the view of the mountains from there was beautiful. It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle, as we had imagined. We got delicious wine and lots of useful tips. By car, we were able to reach various dream beaches and excursion destinations in a short time. Our next Sardinia vacation will be spent here again.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

Beautiful and well-kept, rural accommodation with enough space. Swimming pool with great views of the mountains. Francesco is very communicative and helpful and is always available for any questions. Daily recommendations can also be obtained from him. The property and especially the kitchen contains everything you need.

house equipped with all comforts, a 10-minute walk to Buggerru beach, a 5-minute drive to San Nicolò beach, 15 minutes to Cala Domestica and 30 minutes to Porto Flavia. Within walking distance are a supermarket, restaurants and a municipal market. modern house, with a/c, dishwasher and washer-dryer. furnished with all amenities, comfortable beds, easy parking. recommended as a base for exploring this part of Sardinia. I'd love to come back!

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

Beautiful garden we could sit in forever! The house was also great, with ample private parking. Angelo was very kind and a great host. We would gladly come again!

Honestly, Cristina is a really great host! Out of my 100+ stays on Airbnb, Cristina was that 1-2% of hosts. She made every part of my short 4 day trip very convenient for me! From the entry, even though she could not speak English she was very thoughtful to make well written responses to all my messages (personally)! She also brought a translator (Franco) with her at the day of my arrival. She prepared welcoming pastries for me on the table & stocked the fridge with beverages. Her spacious 3 bedroom apartment (for the price/quality) was phenomenal! The morning views were so beautiful with an overview of the mountains/sunset from the top of the Dorgali hills. It was also well situated close to all major attractions; a 1 hour drive from Cala Luna, and 20 minute drive to Cala Gonone harbour! I loved this place, it was a magical stay for me & I’ll definitely come back here next year, with my girlfriend! Thank you Cristina 😍🙏🏻

The house is wonderful, quite newly renovated and well equipped and absolutely matches the pictures and description. But what excited us most was the fantastic location, with wonderful views of the sea from the bedroom and the two terraces. The place Santa Maria Del Mare doesn't give much, but we knew that and went to the beaches and to eat with the bikes or the car. Anna provided us with wonderful information - thank you:-)

We had an outstanding stay at Villa Stella Marina. The communication with Matty was excellent both before and during our stay. Everything was well organized so we only met Matty for check-in and check-out, but he was making sure at all times in a very unobtrusive manner that everything was to our liking. The house itself lived up to the description in every way. The location is outstanding. The view is fantastic. In addition to the private pool, there is a larger communal pool for further fun. The description refers to the 65 steps - a small price to pay for such an amazing view. All in all, a successful stay that was not tarnished by anything. We can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Villa Stella Marina. Grazie mille.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furniture is well-finished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! The owners were very kind and helpful from the beginning to the end of our vacation. Highly recommended for those looking for a rejuvenating vacation. We look forward to coming back! We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

Dorgali, Sardania. What an amazing area of to visit having alot to offer. Having a wonderful host and place to stay made this even better. Alessandro's apparent is located just on the outskirts Dorgali giving you a full view and feel of the country side, but only minutes away to everything, by foot or car. The apartment was super clean, very well appointed and had all the required amenities for our week stay. Noting we could have stayed longer as we felt right at home. We can only qualify Alessandro as a superhost, very nice and personable. He took the time to meet with us, toured the premises inside and out to ensure we knew where everything was. Alessandro also gave us the low down on places to see, visit and great restaurants to go to. Thank you Alessandro it was a great vacation. Best Regards!!!

The house is very modernly furnished. The appliances are all modern and easy to use. The wifi was very good. All rooms have air conditioning, which is very good and quiet. There are plenty of shower towels and hand towels. The bathrooms are very modern, only storage facilities are missing in the lower bathroom. The location of the house is very good. The very nice beach and many good restaurants are within walking distance. Free parking is available right outside the door. Communication with Andrea always worked very well. There could be more plates and pots, then you wouldn't have to turn on the dishwasher so often. There are plenty of glasses, cups and cutlery. The laundry rack is too small and there are definitely no cushions for the wooden loungers on the upper terrace. These are things that can certainly be changed. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the house.

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It's not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca as well as Adriana and Ariana. This was the nicest place we booked in Sardinia! A bit more expensive, but absolutely worth the money. A charming property, with a chic pool, great apartments with a magnificent view. Since we have a small child (1 year), I had asked in advance if an earlier check-in and a later check-out are possible due to the nap. Both were absolutely no problem, which we were very grateful for! We also have a baby bed and a high chair provided free of charge! Gianfranco welcomed us with fresh, delicious strawberries and was super warm, as were his employees. I can therefore highly recommend the accommodation, would have liked to have stayed longer! Thanks for the great stay!

This might be the best Air BnB we’ve stayed in! The decoration was lovely, felt really airy and spacious and a hipster but homely aesthetic - we’ve taking inspiration for our home. Also very cool even without the air con on, even in 34 degrees. Really good location and lovely to see the sea from bed. The restaurants were great. The owner was very good at communicating and we’re pretty sure he bought a high chair brand new for our baby, or looked brand new anyway! Appreciated the vinyl and book selection. Our baby loved dancing to the disco tunes.

The place is clean, tidy and has everything you need for a few days. It is very charmingly decorated and offers a unique view! Communication was easy and straightforward via Airbnb. Gian Marco was already waiting for us on our arrival and showed us everything. He couldn't speak English, but with Google Translate and a few hand signals, we were still able to communicate. However, for loading/unloading luggage, it should be noted that you cannot park directly in front of the accommodation, but you can park briefly (access road very steep and narrow) and the stairs up to the apartment are also quite narrow. Nevertheless, definitely recommended!

The two of us felt incredibly comfortable and at home in Eva's pretty, bright and tasteful accommodation. The furnishings are as good as new, the amenities very good (towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, glasses, etc.) and the terrace sensational. There was also a delicious welcome greeting, which we were very happy about. We fully agree with the other 5-star reviews! Our highlight was the location of the apartment: enjoying the fantastic view of the sea (including sunrise) from the bedroom, living room or terrace and standing on the beach in just 12 minutes on foot, which was still wonderfully deserted at the end of April. Shopping, breakfast and eating out were also easily possible on foot. The numerous restaurant tips from Valentina and Eva were very helpful. We tried different ones every day. Everything was great! Valentina's availability was very good, and the contact was straightforward and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Silvia’s apartment was beautiful. Couple steps from Poetto beach and 15 min from the city center where all the restaurants are. If you’re staying in Cagliari this is the place to be.

We were guests at Anto&Gio for four days and can only recommend the apartment. We were warmly welcomed and received recommendations for excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, the hosts were always available to us. Fresh fruit, water, wine, beer and ice cubes were available for us. The apartment is clean, large and tastefully furnished. Even flowers from their own garden were used for decoration. The terrace with the panoramic view is super beautiful both day and night. We had a car (private parking available) and bicycles with us and were able to explore the surroundings. Thank you for everything!

Cozy loft, Paola is super helpful and very attentive, I highly recommend it because it is close to all the beaches in the area, comfortable bed, super terrace, Super recommended. Easy check-in, keys in the parking box right outside the house, it's true it's June but I've always found a place easily. In the kitchen, there was everything: oil, salt, vinegar, paper towels, toilet paper, and towels. Congratulations to Paola
