The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. It is accessed by a condominium staircase that leads to the terrace covered by a wooden canopy, equipped with a shower and barbecue. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a table, a sofa bed (convertible into a double bed), and a panoramic terrace; double bedroom; bathroom with shower.

Access is via two flights of stairs, finished with beautiful ancient decorations that inspired the the logo of this house.   The wrought iron beds and the furniture have been made by local master craftsmen, in this refined accommodation every detail has been carefully planned. The terrace is the real gem of the house, treat yourself with a warm bath in the Jacuzzi from which you can enjoy a priceless view on the city.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
