Edvard's apartment was super nice and deserved all 5 stars, the view was terrific, the furnishings, new great bathrooms, including kitchen, dishes and coffee machine were perfect and left nothing to be desired. Access to the sea is via a private staircase and you can swim wonderfully in the clear water. The apartment is quietly located and the sunset is simply fantastic. The apartment is on the second floor, it is small but extremely functional and equipped with all the necessary comforts to spend a wonderful vacation... Ideal for a family with children/teenagers because it has a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed. The presence of 2 full bathrooms is convenient. The kitchen is also impeccably equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. Beautiful and spacious covered terrace where there is a dining table, grill oven, laundry corner and sofas... very comfortable and exposed in an optimal position to enjoy lunches and dinners. The garden is large with an outdoor shower, a table, and sofas. The pool for exclusive use is very beautiful, exposed in such a way as to enjoy the afternoon sun. Alessia and Paolo were very courteous and thoughtful, providing us with a lot of useful information for our stay.

The view and the beautifully landscaped garden let you arrive directly on vacation. You can enjoy the view very well on the Hollywood swing. If you get up early enough, you can experience a great sunrise! We were there at the end of May and it was very quiet. The house could be well ventilated and we enjoyed the fly screens! In the kitchen, there was nothing missing - spices, pasta, oil, cutlery, coffee, milk, water, aluminum foil, kitchen roll, beach umbrella, etc! That was great and you need to buy less stuff. A dishwasher would be perfect! The contact was great and fast. 20min walk to the beach is true, but you have to go up the entire mountain again ~85 meters in altitude and that is very difficult, for example, with a small child/stroller or bicycle in the temperatures. Parking is great and right by the house, as you need the car for shopping. The entrance area has many steps and the house is relatively narrow. The open garden makes up for it.

Great Location directly at the beach, which is beautiful and not crowded. The house looks exactly like on the pictures. Our Kids loved the terrace with the watertap, they played for hours so that we could enjoy the view. The beds are really comfortable, and with the sound of the waves we slept better than at home.

We spent a week with our young family and had the best week. The villa and pool is beautiful with incredible views but also perfectly safe for small children. We would return.

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

Accommodation is awesome with the view. Totally quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Andrea was always available, gave many tips and is very flexible with everything. Great accommodation. Must go to Andreas parents' for dinner; in da Babara, great fish plates and high quality. The beach is not far away. Now in the cinema only on weekends. Fixed to the yellow blue umbrellas. They're cheaper.

Lorenzo is a great communicative host who will explain everything perfectly. The place looks just like the photos and has everything you need.

The view of the sea is beautiful. Anna was always attentive and Marino was also very attentive.

What a beautiful apartment, such a great location and so easy to walk to all of the different areas. A stunning view from the balcony with amazing sunsets, a gorgeous bathroom and kitchen with a comfortable bed and lounge. If you go to Sardinia you must book here!! Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. AC & Wifi worked great as well. highly recommended! my children loced the decor. Alessandro is quite the Artist as well. thx again

So glad we found Daniele’s lovely apartment! It was the perfect place to stay in Cagliari. Inside, it was quiet and spotlessly clean, with good air conditioning. Outside, it was ideally located, conveniently close to the main streets of the city centre for eating and exploring. Daniele was a great host, very friendly and always quick to respond to messages. He also shared lots of local recommendations, which we enjoyed during our stay (particularly the amazing pastry shop just up the street!). Top recommendations from us - we hope to stay again!

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

Great place, wonderful terrace with a beautiful view, spacious, comfortable, sensational neighborhood, comfortable bed, everything you need is in the apartment, everything is close. In the city center, many attractions nearby. We loved it!

We had a great stay. The apartment is furnished to make you feel good. It was very clean and had everything you needed. Communication was impeccable. However, you need a rental car to explore the area in the best possible way.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

Very spacious, extremely comfortable spaces. Easy living in penthouse with wrap around verandah, all sides. Great location, close to old town, Belvedere lookout, marina, etc… nice and easy. Fantastic hosts 🙏, kitchen with everything you need; I highly recommend! Cheers

Excellent stay; the place is fabulous with this direct access to the sea and the rocks that meant there was no one there while the surrounding beaches were very crowded. The terrace is extra and the apartment is very equipped with all the appliances and a lot of details and attention and all the basic products are there. Kayaks and other masks, fins, beach games; deckchairs etc. were also very much appreciated! Orazio was extremely friendly even before our arrival and even agreed to receive large packages for us that arrived a week before our stay. He also gave us recommendations of places to visit or events. In short, it was perfect and we hope to come back one day.
