Beach house vacation rentals in Costa Rei

We had a great vacation in this beautiful house! The house is a bit older but very well maintained and we had everything we needed! Everything was very clean and the house is bright thanks to the large windows. Great roof terrace. We made life a little difficult for Carlotta, at first we were hopelessly late and at checkout we put the key in the wrong place which certainly caused her some inconvenience! She was still very friendly and didn't let anything upset her - thank you! Hopefully, we'll be back next year…

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It's not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca as well as Adriana and Ariana. This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

We had a very nice time at the Costa Rei. The sea was really just a few meters away. The amenities were optimal. It would have been optimal to provide a few spices (salt, pepper, sugar). The apartment was just like the pictures. We highly recommend it.

From check in to check out Silvia was an incredible host! She was so helpful and kind and gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do in the area and places to dine at. Our stay was perfect - we were close to the beach and other walkable activities, the house was impeccably clean, relaxing, and spacious. We are so thankful to have stayed here, it was exactly what we were looking for at the end of our trip - a place to relax and feel right at home while we soaked up the sun and took in the beautiful surroundings! I highly recommend staying at Silvia's place! If we are lucky enough to return to Sardinia in the future, we hope we are able to stay here again! Grazie mille, Silvia! :)

We (parents and a one-year-old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and with it you can soon reach the beautiful beaches of the area and of course local suppliers. The house looks like the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby (high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden, swing and slide)! He asked every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and activities. Check-in and check-out were flexible (thank you very much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We had a wonderful 9-day stay! The accommodation was very clean, modernly decorated and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. The location is quiet and beautiful and communication with the host was friendly and straightforward at all times. We particularly liked the loving details in the decor and the cozy atmosphere as well as the beautiful view of the sea. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

We had a great time and we would go back. For two, the cottage was a wonderful size, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April, the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool had already opened. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and so it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it will be a bit livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk to the beach easily, but it is very steep. I wouldn't push a full stroller up. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and reacted immediately when we suddenly had no more water. Thanks again ☺️

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

Rafael is warm and wants to share his experiences with the area. That is worth much to us. The property is located on a hill overlooking the ocean and it is so beautiful. We had such good sleep there. It accomodated our needs well. Grazie per tutto. Ci siamo divertiti! Denise & Mark

Very comfortable and clean accommodation just as listed. A 5 minute walk to the town and quick drive or bike ride to different beaches. Beautifully landscaped garden which is lovely to have when using the hot tub. The windows/doors are fitted with mosquito nets which was very helpful to minimise the insects getting in. Enrico was very kind, helpful and responsive and made sure we had what we needed as we were travelling with a toddler. Definitely recommend!!

This is an absolutely stunning airbnb situated in the lovely town of Torre Delle Stelle. Our check in was extremely easy, with Alice meeting us at a convenient time and showing us around. She was extremely kind and helpful throughout, offering (and even booking) local restaurants for us - which was lovely. The house itself is clean, well kept and air conditioned. The pool is lovely and warm, and kept clean with salt rather than chlorine. It is no more than a 3 min walk directly on to the beach, and only 10 min walk to some lovely restaurants and a bar/shop. We had a wonderful stay and I would strongly recommend if you are visiting Sardinia! Special thanks of course to Alice
