Vacation rentals with beach access in Costa Rei

I loved my stay! The view is to die for and Andrea is an exceptional host. The apartment is located in a woodsy village that overlooks the sea. The large living room window was one of my favorite things and the proximity to the beach was the other. The apartment is basic but had everything I needed. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available for my use also. As a solo female traveler I always felt completely safe. The other people in the village were very welcoming and I never had parking issues. I highly recommended this accommodation.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Der tolle Strand ist wirklich nur ein paar Schritte entfernt! Luigi war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! :-)

We had a fabulous few days staying in Massimo’s apartment. It’s on the very elegant Piazza Carmine with wonderful views over the tree-lined square from the rooms. The location was perfect - close to the station (it’s only 6 minutes by train to the airport) and within easy walking distance of everywhere we wanted to visit in Cagliari. The are many restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets nearby. The apartment itself was perfect - high ceilings, spacious rooms, tall windows/doors opening onto the balcony, stylish furniture and a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend staying here.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

Perfekt lokation in the old town with lots of restaurant and coffee shops around. Although in the busy area, very quiet and pleasent trought day and night. Very clean and fresh, has all the amenitis that makes you feel like home. The host was very helpful.

This was one of the best holidays me and my wife have ever had. Tatiana was absolutely brilliant with us. I would highly recommend staying here. There is a bus route which takes you into the city, but this location is perfect for beaches (absolutely amazing) restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. We will definitely go back, if not this year, definitely next.

Wir waren in der Vorsaison in der Unterkunft von Andrea. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt und sauber. Vom Bett aus konnten wir das Meer sehen. Andrea hat uns immer wieder mit Seightseeingtips versorgt. Der Kontakt zu ihm war sehr unkompliziert und verbindlich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen außergewöhnlich schönen Urlaub. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist erstklassig. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Nur ein paar Treppen hinunter. Der Strand ist wirklich wunderschön und wenig frequentiert. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist was Besonderes. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Die Einrichtung ist sehr neu und hochwertig und die Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr schön gestaltet. Man kann wunderbar schlafen, das Schlafzimmer ließ sich komplett abdunkeln. Die Bilder geben den Zustand der Wohnung eins zu eins wieder. Was wir aber besonders hervorheben möchten, was Stefano, der Co-Host. Er war immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas benötigt hat und hat sich auch von selbst immer wieder gemeldet, ob irgendetwas fehlt. Er hat uns sogar angeboten unter e-Auto bei sich im Haus privat laden zu lassen und uns dorthin zu fahren. Wir hatten noch nie einen so guten Host in einer Ferienwohnung. Grazie mille Stefano! Es war wirklich sehr schön.

Franca est une personne vraiment attachante et très à l’écoute. L’appartement et le superbe balcon donnant directement sur la mer permettent d’assister à des levées du soleil spectaculaires. Les bougainvilliers en fleurs, les citronniers débordant de fruits mûrs (dès le mois de mai), le chant d’innombrables variétés d’oiseaux, la mer turquoise, la plage de sable fin, l’immense massif rocheux en arrière-plan font de cet appartement un petit bijoux. Bien que situé dans un endroit extrêmement tranquille, tout au bout d’une petite route, le site de Zinnibiri Mannu est à proximité d’excellents restaurants. Le rythme de vie des gens de cette région et leur gentillesse est peut-être ce qui est le plus remarquable et le plus agréable. Il n’est pas surprenant que le village de Tertenia recèle autant de centenaires: les Sardes savent comment apprécier la vie et prennent le temps de la vivre. Sehr schönes kleines Strandhaus mit allem was man für einen schönen Strandurlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zu 7km langen Sandstrand war hervorragend. Der Kontakt zu Marcus, dem Hausverwalter war top und sehr freundlich. Wir würden in jedem Fall wieder kommen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit an der Costa Rei. Das Meer war wirklich nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Ausstattung war optimal. Optimal wäre die zur Verfügungstellung von ein paar Gewürzen (Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker) gewesen. Das Apartment war genau wie auf den Bilder. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

This place is great. Clean and practical and the location is right across the road from the beach with some great restaurants in wallkng distance. I definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

wir waren für 1 Woche zu Gast in dieser feinen sehr gepflegten + gemütlichen Unterkunft mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Costa Rei. Es hat an nichts gemangelt, die Kommunikation mit Paolo war top und er war jederzeit für Tips + Ratschläge verfügbar, auch der flexible Check-Out war top. Der Ort selbst ist für reinen Strandurlaub (mit Auto) geeignet, die eher spärliche Gastronomie vor Ort mit 'reichlich Luft nach oben' ändert nichts an einer wirklich schönen Unterkunft, die uns eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung geschaffen hat. Klare Weiterempfehlung für ein paar ruhige erholsame Tage, alles top.

The property looks like the photos, but being situated above the sea with private views, bbq, outdoor shower, balconies and a private path into the sea was even better than expected! The property was clean and the kitchen and WiFi were easy to use. The second bedroom is small and dark, but comfortable for sleeping. We enjoyed the peace and quiet with easy walking to the grocery store, restaurants and the local beach. I cannot wait to return!!!

Ritornato a Costa Rey con la mia famiglia nel mese di giugno. Pierluigi ci ha accolto con garbo e simpatia. La casa ha tutti i pregi che si desiderano con qualche tocco in più. A qualche minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia e dai ristoranti, panoramica e super confortevole. Bagni e cucina nuovissimi e super attrezzati, internet veloce e parcheggio privato accanto all’ingresso. Spero di poter tornare nuovamente. Grazie ancora Pierluigi a te e alla tua famiglia per l’accoglienza.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

Chris war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns von Anfang an gut informiert. Auch als ich mehr wissen wollte über die Umgebung, konnte er mir Auskunft geben. Er war immer gut erreichbar und sie haben uns freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was wie brauchten und war mir Kaffee und einer Flasche Wasser ausgestattet, als wir ankamen. Freundliche Nachbarn und einen kurzen Weg zum Strand. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Konnten sofort vom Alltagsstress abschalten und einfach nur geniessen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant „L‘aragosta“, welches 10min entfernt ist. Auch super ist, dass der Supermarkt wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist und es einen beschatteten, privaten Parkplatz hat auf dem Gelände.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

We had a nice and pleasant staying in the apartment. The host greeted us with a bottle of wine, and it was very pleasant. We liked the terrace - with flowers, lemon tree and sea view. The towels for beach were unexpectedly nice surprise. Very clean, with everything necessary and even more. There is a supermarket really nearby the apartment, unfortunately during our staying it was closed for renovation. The other one is at 25 minutes walk.

Dobrze wyposażony i czysty apartament z pięknym widokiem na morze. Pomocny, uprzejmy i życzliwy gospodarz, wszystko dokładnie wytłumaczył i pokazał, był w kontakcie przed i w czasie pobytu. Miejsce jest bardzo spokojne, relaksowe; świetna baza do wypadów samochodem na liczne, różnorodne plaże w pobliżu oraz do zwiedzania południa wyspy. Na miejscu dostępna również plaża, choc nie tak atrakcyjna jak wiele innych obok (dojazd od paru minut do pół godziny samochodem). Malutkim minusem były tylko rozjeżdżające się materace na podwójnym łóżku w sypialni, ale nie wpłynęło to na zadowolenie z pobytu. Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy!

wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zuhause gefühlt. Super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in bester Lage. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ein traumhaft schöner Ausblick vom schönen Balkon. Silvia war sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter. Eine wirklich perfekte Unterkunft direkt am Meer mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen! Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer Art reine Häuser mit vielen kleinen Wohnungen. Als wir im Mai dort waren, war es sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist wirklich mit allem perfekt ausgestattet, man braucht nur Essen gegebenenfalls Getränke kaufen. Das einzigste was nicht 100-prozentig perfekt ist, ist die Bademöglichkeit, da man hier keinen Strand hatte, sondern nur zwischen den Steinen ins Wasser steigen kann. Geht aber auch. Noch schöner ist es natürlich 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu den wunderschönen buchten zu fahren. Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Restaurants gibt es leider sehr wenige und keine fußläufig. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da es ein wirklich traumhafter Ort ist.
