A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. Downstairs there 'a nice kitchen and a relaxing dining-room . You can rent 2 e-Bike for a small amount and forget car! Outside you have a heated jacuzzi you can use at any time.

We offer our house in Alleghe. It is located right in the center on the old village square. Bakery, supermarket, butcher, sports shops are just a few steps away. The lift station and lake are 2 to 3 minutes by foot. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also parking right in front of the house. The location of the house is an ideal starting point for hiking and biking in summer and skiing in winter. Short distances to all activities.
