Townhome vacation rentals in Copenhagen Municipality

A very nice house in a very nice neighborhood. Plenty of space, high standard of furniture and fixtures. Nice with two gardens, and good opportunities to sit outside. The only downside you could find is that a lot of the landlord's belongings were in the apartment, so there was a lack of storage space, etc. for clothes. All in all very satisfied.

Overall was a great stay at the house, it had everything that both kids needed. Plenty of toys, a changing station and even a kid gymnast area. The house was right near the bus stop and only a 10 minute bike ride to downtown. Everything was in good condition and nice interior design. Parking was also easy and near to the food court Reffen. Thanks Lotte for letting us stay at your place. We will be back for sure.

We stayed in Pia's beautiful house for 4 nights and felt very comfortable there. Our dog was very welcome at Pia's place! We enjoyed the quiet location. With the dog, you can reach the countryside in 10 minutes and by subway in the middle of Copenhagen in no time. There was nothing missing in the kitchen. We are happy to recommend this accommodation!

A gem of a find in a charming block of old buildings in a cool quarter of Copenhagen. Extremely walkable. Awesome restaurants near by. The courtyard is a little haven, where our kid appreciated the collection of toys in the communal toy box. And the host, Mads, beyond friendly, generous, and accommodating. He organized 2 high chairs for our different aged kids! And a baby bathtub! Amazing. The upstairs roof bedroom is super cozy and we had many morning coffees and sundowners on the balcony up there. Note to take your time on the steep stairs connecting the 5 levels of the apartment, although my 70 year old mom didn’t mind them! Would absolutely recommend the place and stay there again. Jillian’s place was really nice, very accessible to the metro, quiet, and peaceful. It was wonderful that it was by the beachfront, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. It was also quite close to the grocery stores. Everything was very clean, and the house itself was spacious with lots of rooms to sleep in. We felt right at home :) Thank you so much for having us, Jillian!!

Andreas was extremely communicative, let us arrive early due to international flights, and was very present for any small issues. It felt like we were really living in Copenhagen when we stayed at his home.

We had the most incredible family trip to Copenhagen, and this home made it absolutely perfect! It’s right in the middle of the city, surrounded by that wonderful urban buzz — close to everything but still felt like a peaceful retreat where the kids could relax and play safely. The place was spacious, beautifully set up for families, and had everything we needed. But what truly made our stay stand out was the fantastic host — super responsive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had a great experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our Copenhagen adventure. Highly recommend this place to any families looking to enjoy the city with an amazing host and a cozy home base!

This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had a group of seven people, all coming and going over four days, and the location and layout were excellent. The neighborhood was actually quite peaceful for being so close to many attractions and restaurants. Having a nearby metro station and also a nearby train station made getting around simple. And the kitchen and back patio were great too. There are lots of narrow stairs, so if you’re mobility-challenged, this might not be a great fit for you. With that said, we loved it, and can highly recommend it.

Pernille's house is very nice and quiet. Perfect for visiting Copenhagen. Very good communication and hosting with good tips about the neighborhood.

This was the perfect home for our family of 4 to stay at during our Easter vacation. Cosy & comfortable and within easy walking/ biking distance of the city. I would definitely stay at Eilev’s home again if visiting Copenhagen.

Pernilles place is absolutely wonderful. Let‘s start with the location, it‘s right at the beach but the airport and citycenter are about 10min by metro which was amazing. The home itself is also amazing since it really is that, a home. We felt so welcome, the kitchen is the best equipped I ever had in an airbnb and it‘s very spacious. Also Pernille send me a great document with all we needed to know about the home and the city, she also responded directly when we had questions. I would absolutely recommend the place for families, since we really had a great time, thank you :)

We stayed in Ditte’s townhouse during the Christmas holidays. The house is conveniently located between the airport and the city with public transportation near by. Supermarkets are within walking distance. The house itself was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was super clean, child friendly and had everything we needed. It also has a small private garden for warmer seasons. Ditte was a great host, responded immediately to our questions and explained everything clearly for the check in. She very kindly left us a bottle of wine and some chocolate with a Merry Christmas note for our arrival. We would definitely book Ditte’s house again and highly recommend it to other visitors.

My family and I had a beautiful summer month at Katrine's home. The house is just as seen in the photos, it is small but it is very nicely decorated and organized. The kitchen has anything you need to cook. The house is located in a kind of very friendly neighborhood, with lots of greenery and games for children. The neighborhood is very quiet but there are supermarkets 500 m away, plaza and parks for children and a metro station with which you can connect with the rest of the city very easily. Katrine was always very helpful and friendly, helped us and was flexible with several issues. It definitely seems like a great option for a family stay.

We loved staying at Janne’s house in Copenhagen! It’s a beautiful townhome that’s very well designed in a great neighborhood that’s family-friendly. It’s also convenient to the bus and subway stations for easy travel into the city center. A very quick walk to cafes, restaurants and a big grocery store. Perfect for families with a soccer field and playground in the back courtyard. Our kids really enjoyed it! Would highly recommend staying there and Janne was a very helpful and friendly host!

We were 3 people staying for one night before the Bridge Run 2025 - it was a perfect location for us. Great communication with Lene before, during and after the stay. We came with a car and parked it on the street nearby. Easy check-in and check-out. Thanks Lene for a great stay!

The apartment was incredibly inviting, cozy and lively. It felt like we'd come home. The terrace and garden are also wonderful - a green oasis in the city! There were four of us and there was plenty of room. We didn't miss anything. By bus and metro, you can quickly and easily reach the city center. There are supermarkets nearby. Everything was well and lovingly prepared. Our hosts responded quickly and kindly to all inquiries. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here!

Carsten is a great host and always easily accessible. He responds quickly, is very friendly. From the house, buses and the metro are within walking distance in just a few minutes, so we didn't need the car. The house is very modern and was very clean. We can fully recommend it to everyone.

Mille’s home was perfect for us! The home was cozy and had everything we needed. She had a travel crib and height chair ready for us when we arrived. Mille was an excellent communicator and super helpful always. The location was also amazing. Close to everything. I would highly recommend her place. The apartment of Jacob and Cecillie, is lovingly furnished with great furniture and art. Terrace and garden are beautifully planted and the house is located in a super central residential area. Bus and metro are easy and quick to reach. The communication worked very well. We recommend the apartment gladly.

Our family had a lovely time in Sara’s and Christian’s beautiful house. Perfect for children and close to the city center. We really enjoyed ourselves and strongly recommand this house. Plus Sara and Christian are very kind and helpful hosts!
