Beautiful newly renovated apartment in the middle of Amager with plenty of light. Close to Copenhagen city center and close to the subway. The apartment is in bright colors and has been completely renovated. There are 2 bedrooms with three-quarter beds and a desk with seating. The kitchen is bright and functional with an oven, stove and refrigerator - extremely well equipped. There is also a lovely living room with sofa arrangement and dining table, as well as TV. The bathroom and toilet are at the end of the entrance, which connects the entire apartment, which is located on the ground floor.

A vibrant outdoor market scene is presented, featuring various flower arrangements in crates and bouquets. Dining tables with large umbrellas provide shaded seating, where visitors enjoy their meals. The apartment combines the best of both worlds. On the one hand, you have the most quiet and greenest backyard in the inner city. On the other hand, you'll have the city's vibrant life with cafes, shopping, and restaurants. The apartment is on the ground floor, and with a location in the inner city of Copenhagen, it is impossible to get away from the fact that life from the city cannot be heard.

Charming luxury city apartment for a couple (1 double bed) in an old property (merchant shop) from the 1900s, just opposite the old Municipal Hospital, which is now a university. There is a private entrance under a small tree, pots and a coffee-latte bench in front. It is a quiet, sunny, one-way street, with a view down to the lakes at one end of the street and the Botanical Garden's greenhouse at the other end of the street. 2 minutes to the Stantsmuseum for art, large park Østeranlæg. 4 minutes walk to Nørreport station/metro.
