Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Close to everything! In a small alley in the center of Copenhagen is our charming apartment from 1800. The Latin Quarter. 5-minute walk to Nørreport Station and Botanical Garden. You are surrounded by cozy shops, bars and restaurants. Ørsted Park with café, green lawns, lake and flowers is a stone's throw away. The apartment has two bedrooms and a kitchen-living room. Here is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, toilet and shower. Originally, it was two small apartments that have now been merged. Enjoy :-)

The apartment is in a peaceful and central location, within walking distance of the city, the Metro station and the main train station. It contains a bright bedroom, a large living room and dining kitchen with access to the balcony. There is an elevator inside the property itself and a private parking space in the neighboring property. The apartment is directly adjacent to Sankt Jørgens Sø, a lovely and green recreational area in the middle of the city. Feel free to ask about a longer stay.

Located on Frederiksberg C, right next to the lakes, you are close to everything Copenhagen has to offer. 5 min walk to Vesterbro, 5 min walk to Nørrebro and 10 min walk to Strøget (the main shopping street). On top, you have Forum Metro 6 min away and the main central station 10 min away walking distance. The building was fully renovated in May 2017 with only luxurious apartments. The location of this apartment makes you within walking distance of all of Copenhagen's top attractions and historic parts of the City.
