Charming home with private garden near Christianshavn

Apartment with its own private garden. Located on Amagerbro close to nature, Christianshavn and Christiania. Around the corner you will find beautiful cafes and wine bars. The subway is just 300 meters from the apartment, and you can get to Kongens Nytorv in just 5 minutes. The garden is private and here you can sit and new dinner in peace. There is a Sage espresso machine for free use during the stay, and there are fresh beans ready. There is one bedroom as well as the possibility of sleeping on a brand new sofa bed in the living rooms

Charming and sheltered apartment in Christianshavn, close to nature and nice hiking trails. 400 meters to the metro, shops and bakeries and 15 min walk and 5 min by bike to Indre city and Nyhavn. The apartment is sheltered in a quiet street, and has a sunny balcony with lovely views. The apartment has a full kitchen, dining room, a cozy living room with, bedroom and newly remodeled bathroom with rainfall shower, Sonos and washer/dryer. Unfortunately, animals are not allowed due to allergies. Thank you for your understanding

The apartment on Amagerbro is close to the popular Christianshavn, the free city of Christiania, the street food areas Reffen and Broens street kitchen, Amager beach, Islands pier and the natural area Amager common. There are many restaurants, bars and cafes in the area. From the subway, which is only a 5-minute walk away, you can get directly to the center of Copenhagen in 2 stops, Amager Strand in 2 stops and to the airport in 10 minutes.

The kitchen features modern cabinetry and high-end appliances, complemented by a wooden dining table surrounded by black and yellow chairs. Large windows allow natural light to illuminate the space, highlighting contemporary art on the walls and the warm wooden flooring.

Nyd det simple liv i fredfyldt og centralt beliggende oase. Midt i det københavnske latiner kvarter, ligger denne gemte perle i et baghus med tilhørende lille privat have. Boligen er totalt nyistandsat, alt inventar er nyt. En stue med vinduer mod den brostens belagte gård, med grønne træer, privat cykel parkering (til 2 cykler) og privat soveværelse med udgang til haven. I stuen en ny sovesofa og en dedikeret arbejdsplads. Lejligheden er egnet til den lille familie, eller 3 "gode" venner.

Perfect location on Vesterbro one stop from the main train station. Enghave Plads and Meatpacking are only a few minutes away with cafés, restaurants, culture and shopping, yet the apartment is completely quiet. Ideal and spacious for people who wish to experience the less touristy Copenhagen. The apartment is decorated in minimalist Scandinavian style with Danish design pieces in neutral tones to create hygge. Includes dishwasher, washing machine and a balcony with room for two.
