This listed & stylishly restored flat has a comfy kingsize bed, bathroom w rain shower/modern kitchen/cozy living room & walk-in closet. Our guests tell us they love this rare garden apartment but the quiet all private yard is what makes it so unique. Lejlighed med egen privat have. Beliggende på Amagerbro tæt på natur, Christianshavn og Christiania. Rundt om hjørnet finder du skønne caféer og vinbarer. Metroen er blot 300 meter fra lejligheden, med den kan du komme til Kongens Nytorv på blot 5 min. Haven er privat og her kan du sidde og nye aftensmaden i ro. Der er en Sage espressomaskine til fri afbenyttelse under opholdet, og der er friske bønner klar. Der er ét soveværelse samt mulighed for opredning på helt ny sovesofa i stuene

Sjarmerende og skjermet idyll i Christianshavn

Sjarmerende og skjermet leilighet i Christianshavn, tett på naturen og fine vandrestier. 400m til metro, butikker og bakerier og 15 min gange og 5 min på sykkel til Indre by og Nyhavn. Leiligheten ligger skjermet i en rolig gate, og har en solrik balkong med nydelig utsikt. Leiligheten har et komplett kjøkken, spisestue, en hyggelig stue med, soverom og nyoppusset bad med regnfallsdusj, Sonos og vaskemaskin/tørketrommel. Dessverre ikke tillatt med dyr pga allergi. Takk for forståelsen.

Nyd det simple liv i fredfyldt og centralt beliggende oase. Midt i det københavnske latiner kvarter, ligger denne gemte perle i et baghus med tilhørende lille privat have. Boligen er totalt nyistandsat, alt inventar er nyt. En stue med vinduer mod den brostens belagte gård, med grønne træer, privat cykel parkering (til 2 cykler) og privat soveværelse med udgang til haven. I stuen en ny sovesofa og en dedikeret arbejdsplads. Lejligheden er egnet til den lille familie, eller 3 "gode" venner.

Perfect location on Vesterbro one stop from the main train station. Enghave Plads and Meatpacking are only a few minutes away with cafés, restaurants, culture and shopping, yet the apartment is completely quiet. Ideal and spacious for people who wish to experience the less touristy Copenhagen.
