The apartment is completely renovated and with everything new, it is located on Avenida Atlântica, 3rd floor, Posto 6, with a full view of the Copacabana sea, Forte Atlântica and Sugarloaf Mountain. Spacious bedroom and living room, 2 couples, family, friends. Under the building, we have Restaurants: Sindicado do Chopp and Manoel Joaquim and others. There are several banks, restaurants, market, pharmacies. When you leave at the door of the building, you are already standing in the sand.

The building has total security and 24-hour concierge service, two social elevators and one service elevator. The building does not have a garage.
