Three blocks from ICARAÍ BEACH and in front of Campo de São Bento. The gate to the street is shared with the main house. As there is no parking in the village, I recommend a nearby paid parking lot.

My apartment is a duplex penthouse, the entrance to the apartment is on the first floor where I live with my family.
