Comfort and Excellent Service in the Village das Rosas Condominium Our experience at Tereza and Marcelo's home in the Village das Rosas Condominium was extremely positive. Hospitality and facilities exceeded our expectations. The house offered us all we needed: a well-equipped kitchen, ready-to-use bathrooms, and quality bed and bath linens, which made us feel comfortably at home. Though we faced a small issue, the way the owners handled the situation deserves a special compliment. They were quick and considerate to look for a solution, even if it is a weekend, which demonstrates their commitment to the well-being of guests. We are satisfied with the prompt response and effort in trying to resolve the mishap. This attitude of hosts only reinforces our recommendation of Tereza and Marcelo's house. A welcoming and well-maintained space! Not to mention the enormous kindness in our welcome with delicious pampering!

The house is very spacious. The pool area, barbecue and garden was excellent for family gatherings. The caretaker (sorry, but I forgot his name) was very helpful and friendly. He brought the goats to visit us and even offered to milk them on the spot. One thing to note is that the garage only fits one car. If there's more than one car, the others should stay on the street. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed. The location was very useful for a party at the Carioca Mansion in Alto da Boa Vista. The house is surrounded by the Atlantic forest and its inhabitants always appear there - monkeys, coatis, various birds and mosquitoes as well (it is important to bring repellent).

The place is amazing!! it's in a breathtaking location with a great view. i really enjoyed my time here. you might even see monkeys. make sure to book a taxi when going to the home and make sure you have your necessities as it is naturally a difficult area to get to. but Pontal even found me a ride when I needed on quickly. great host. I would stay again!

Great host and the location can't be beat. Definitely would recommend staying at this Airbnb because it's central to everything, from the beach to the bars and restaurants.

This is an exceptional house: Christ the Redeemer on one side, Pão de Azucar on the other - exceptional view therefore; a huge and fabulous ground floor; terraces with sublime views; a small swimming pool for dipping. The spaces are spacious and pleasant: Everything is well furnished. Vitor, who has everything, is very attentive. And we also had the immense pleasure of meeting Marie's son who takes great care to maintain and develop this exceptional place. We had a party with Breislien friends who were impressed with the place. Small downside however: to go shopping and get to lively places, a short 10-minute walk or an Uber is required. The privilege of solitude and the view comes at a low price.

I and my group of friends were extremely well received by José, always super kind and concerned about our well-being. The apartment is spectacular! Very well located and equipped, comfortable beds, air-conditioning in all environments, service providers are super helpful and reliable, excellent location (a few steps from Ipanema/Leblon beach). Anyway, perfect experience! Without doubt the best apartment that I have already stayed in Rio de Janeiro in all aspects.

I found our stay peaceful, a clean and cozy environment a little far from the places but the pleasant atmosphere I loved the pool and wonderful view the apartment several accommodations that I loved I would have liked to have stayed longer to enjoy, despite the unforeseen events at the time of our arrival and the delay in the delivery of the Apt, we were well received, Mr. Neves was always attentive to us and was very kind in making us comfortable in the building to enjoy the leisure area of the condominium, certainly on our next trip to RJ we will want to stay at this ARBNB again!

The stay at Teresa's flat was IMPECCABLE! We went to Lady Gaga's show and it made our experience even more remarkable and unforgettable! The apartment is extremely comfortable and complete! Teresa was proactive from the start of the reservation until checkout. The location is excellent, the kitchen utensils are super complete and the apartment has an entire internal and external infrastructure for an excellent stay! Very nice flat in the beautiful Flamengo district! The apartment is tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a very good washing machine, and air conditioning in the dining room. The building is located in a great neighborhood with cafes and supermarkets nearby, yet it’s very quiet. Lucinda was very responsive and friendly :) As for minor drawbacks, the kitchen has a rather small working surface, and the bedroom air conditioner is a bit old and slightly noisy.

We had a perfect stay! The place was exactly as described, everything was very clean, organized and comfortable. Attentive and helpful host. We recommended and would come back for sure!
