Romalis place was Beautiful comfortable, so spacious and clean!!

Had a great time staying here with 6 people including myself. Great location. It was close to everything we wanted. 4 mins to Tims. 13 mins to downtown. and 25 mins to Horseshoe Valley Resort. Beds were decent. Couches were very comfortable, and my back isn't the best. So that was a nice feature. Back deck was very nice. We had no issues with the neighbors, even though I was worried based on one of the other reviews. We only used 3 cars, and parked in a row on our side of the driveway. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. Gave a fantastic vibe. The hot stub was clean, private and lovely. You wont be disappointed whatsoever here. Thank you for being a fantastic host Rebecca.

Chelsea’s place was absolutely beautiful ! Upon walking in the house, the view of the water is breathtaking and did not get old each morning while sipping our coffees. The home itself was very homey, and a great wide open space for gathering with friends. Chelsea was super helpful when booking, made recommendations and was super responsive during our stay with any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay here - can’t get much closer to being “on the lake”!

Absolutely amazing stay, Tristan’s place truly went above what our expectations were and blew us away, amazing balcony that was private and quiet, clean rooms, lots to do in the area. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We had a lovely girls weekend at Nikole's place. The home is beautifully decorated, the beds and couches are very comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware to make some meals at-home, and the backyard is so cozy and cute (we didn't use it because of the rain but it looked very nice). The place is on a quiet street but still centrally located that it was no more than a 10 minute drive to downtown Barrie. Would definitely recommend!

What an absolutely gorgeous place with not even the smallest details overlooked. Cathy was friendly, kind and extremely easy to deal with. Everything was exactly as described but even more beautiful in person. We were so impressed! My Mom and I enjoyed the cozy living room after cooking a meal in the perfectly appointed kitchen. We enjoyed Netflix on the large TV and a great soak in the comfortable hot tub. The property was absolutely mesmerizing and we spent at least an hour walking about, admiring the countless decorations. The bed was luxurious and everything was clean and in great condition. Cathy also made time for us personally, showing us around the entire property when we asked to see it. Thank you so much for a memorable stay, Cathy! We cannot wait to come back.

My husband and I spent our first year anniversary at Lanny & Jennifer’s beautiful property. Right from the start, they made us feel right at home by greeting us and giving us a walk through of the property. We never felt so at home at an air b n b! The place is so well kept - clean, smelled great & had all the essentials. We felt safe and at home throughout the stay. The pool was well kept and the laundry was an amazing addition. The neighbour hood is quiet and close to all the stores. The hosts were extremely personable and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend this property and we will be back!

I enjoyed a peaceful 2 weeks at this beautiful Airbnb! The setting is surreal surrounded by nature and a river! I had everything I needed and I enjoyed a few nights with a cozy fire in the wood stove. The bed and couches were very comfortable. The No Frills in Shelburne was a great grocery store nearby. Wendy was always very responsive and helpful. As clearly noted in the description, there is no cell service but not a big deal as there is wifi. I hope to be back again one day! A true gem!

In all of our well travelled airbnb trips, we have never felt so welcome and taken care of at a time we needed it the most! Zoka is a genuine lovely human that puts extraordinary thought and utmost attention to details into her space. We were welcomed with a tranquil ambience that left us with goose bulmps and a warm heart. Zoka’s space is a perfect niche to to connect with family, loved ones, or besties. Anything you wish you had is there! From coffee to food basics to high end beauty products. The spa like vibes are accentuated with the multi faceted rain shower, warm candles, lavish linen, plush robes and a cozy fireplace. Not to mention, the price is an astronomical steal!! Tess is lovely and their place is in the best possible location by the beach. Literally steps away. The weather was a little cold and rainy for late May but it made for a cozy retreat with lovely beach walks. You can walk beautiful long strips of uninterrupted beach. Library was nearby if you needed books for “staying in” days and across the street from it was an amazing, authentic Italian sandwich and gelato place the hosts suggested (Che Roba! Soooo good) Overall my husband and I loved it and would definitely go back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place! From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed by this clean, cozy, and beautifully-furnished home-away-from-home. Our hosts thought of everything, and were friendly, responsive and helpful. Their place is complete with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, in addition to some additional thoughtful, special touches. We had fun playing some of the many available board games, and found it so peaceful to sit in their quiet backyard, surrounded by trees. We LOVED lounging in the beautiful hot tub. Next time we’re in Coldwater, we would definitely stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place again! Highly recommend!

We were in the area for a dance competition. Lisa’s place was perfect! The bed was cozy and comfortable! We appreciated the full kitchen and modern living room, which felt like home. The space was bright and well-lit. We enjoyed walking our dog in the neighbourhood. Lisa was so kind! She left us breakfast, snacks, and even dog toys! She also accommodated an early check-in. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Hamid and Catherine’s place was perfect for our girls’ weekend! The space was spacious, quiet, and clean upon arrival. Directions were clear and easy to follow, and Hamid and Catherine were kind and accommodating hosts. It was the ideal retreat just outside the city, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay.

Our group had a great stay at Mina’s place! The home was exactly as pictured — clean, spacious, and really comfortable for a group. Firstly, this home was the nicest vacation home my family and I have EVER stayed at. It was very spacious, luxurious finishes throughout , it fit my family of 7 very well. The rooms are all good sizes. There are 4 rooms with beds in them, an office on the main floor that we put a crib in for the baby and an additional room in the basement which could be used as a bedroom if you bring a blowup mattress. The backyard is huge, the playground set was a great treat for my kids, however the hot tub did not seem like it was operable. Mina our host was absolutely AMAZING! Her response time to any of our enquires was very prompt, she made sure we truly enjoyed our stay. We would have loved if the home had blackout curtains as the rooms get quite bright in the morning when the sun comes up, but it wasn't the end of the world. All in all, it was an AMAZING STAY! Definitely recommended!!

Patricks place was a perfect mini get away thats close around the city! We absolutely loved how private and spacious his place is. The pool and sauna was needed on a hot day! Definitely will come back again!

This home is beautiful and well equipped. Giovanni was pleasant and responded quickly to inquiries. My only suggestion would be for visitors to check the beds before choosing rooms, as some bed are firm and others quite soft.

Great stay - all 3 hosts were very communicative, any issues were dealt with immediately, great flexibility. House looked great and had a great time. Would book again.
