We absolutely loved our stay at Joys place. It was in the perfect location, the house itself was gorgeous, the decor was stunning and it was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights break. She made everything fab and we had great nights sleep aswell. Definitely be staying here again!

Brilliant host, impeccable caravan and hot tub. Rebooked already

Lovely homely cottage a short drive from Lincoln. Peter the host was very responsive and communicated well with us throughout. We were allowed access 2 hours earlier than the allotted time which was great. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay including a welcome pack of breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausages, milk, bread butter and Peter’s own home made honey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly the wood burning stove and the outdoor area where we could watch the rabbits and pheasants every day. I would recommend this delightful cottage to anyone coming to beautiful Lincoln. There is so much to see and do!!

We arrived late so had to use an other entrance so we got extremely lost trying to find the caravan. Natalie was fantastic in helping us to find the caravan, she was on the phone right up to us opening the key safe. The beds was comfy and had spotless bedding on. We will definitely book the caravan again. Thank you Natalie.

Such a gorgeous location, right on the river! Every morning I'd wake up to this view from the bedrooms, seeing swans and ducks swimming by. I often sat outside on the patio watching them! Emily has been super helpful and quick to respond. We came here for a wedding in Southwell which was a perfect location only 20 mins drive away. The area was really quiet and peaceful, tucked away in a cul de sac, with plenty of shops nearby. We all had a great time and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, cozy, and absolutely charming—perfect for our family of five. The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

Joelle, Rob, Alan and family are wonderful humans whose cottage is the very definition of rustic charisma (shot through with beguiling French accents). With a convenience store a 2-minute walk away, the post office across the street and a pub just around the corner, the cottage offers a step back from the world without feeling cut off from it. (The WiFi, for the tech-enabled, is also exceptionally good.) I was sad to end my stay early due to a natural disaster on the premises. I would unreservedly recommend this accommodation minus that once-in-a-lifetime aberration.

Great little space for my short stay. I was running the Boston marathon so this was perfectly situated within minutes of the start (also meaning you can avoid queuing up for the loo, total bonus), and use the compact little kitchen area to cook up your pre-race food just as you want. Was the perfect space to chill out in.

Lovely bright, clean new caravan on a well situated, well kept caravan site. Nice and quiet while we were there. Caravan had everything you would need and Josh and Rob were extremely helpful and proactive when we needed them.

We had an amazing stay at Bradley East Wing. The cottage was beautiful with a lot of attention to detail - fresh flowers from the garden were a fantastic touch. A very peaceful stay. Anna & Ian were very hospitable & no query was too much. We are very much looking forward to a future stay

Wow! Gil and Philip have created a magical experience that went far beyond our expectations. The lit log wood burner on our arrival was very welcome, the animals very friendly and the added extra treats really excelled. We loved our stay and would highly recommend, whether with children, friends, or as a romantic break.

Celebrating my birthday we came away for the weekend to Andy’s place. It was lovely and peaceful and the lodge was in a great location close to woodhall spa but not too busy or noisy. The lodge itself was perfect for my family and dog and had everything we needed inside. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day walking and visiting different places. We were a family of 4 plus a labrador and the home was very spacious and light. The area was quiet and peaceful and as dog walkers, we enjoyed the local nature reserve. I would recommend Marc and his property, because communication was good and the home was spacious and clean, plus it had board games, which we enjoyed playing.

We had an unforgettable and special stay at this beautiful house. The sunny woodland walks among the snowdrops and around the lake were a delight, and we spotted all sorts of wildlife. Our dogs had a great time running and playing in the open field, and the small children (and big kids) in our party absolutely loved the play area, tennis court, and swimming pool… but the highlight of their stay was the hot tub! Meeting our host, Robert (and his little one), was lovely too. The house had everything we needed to enjoy some quality time together in this lovely historic setting — it’s a rare gem. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience! The little ones are already asking when we can return to the big house — we hope to come again soon!

We had a lovely time at Sam's home. Myself and partner stayed with our 11 month baby, 2 year old, and 3 other family members. We all agreed that the good aspects of this home were VERY good and enabled us to have a brilliant time. The garden, pool and outdoor shower were the definite highlights of the stay. Inside the house was clean and the layout and space worked well for all 7 of us. As stated above, certain features of the stay were outstanding which is why we gave it 5 stars but there are a few aspects we felt could really take it to the next level. Not being able to flush toilet paper, electric bin not working, big crack in top landing window, bizarre food left in fridge, freezer and cupboards (beetroot in fridge, cat food in cupboards), door handle broken in downstairs bedroom leading to garden, dishwasher full on arrival, blinds not rolling down/up properly etc All things that are easily sorted and would ensure the same high standard throughout.

The caravan was fantastic, lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Barbara was a brilliant host and so helpful. We'll definitely book again!
