Vacation rentals with lake access in Coningsby

We just had a wonderful stay in the caravan. It was perfect for what we wanted. The caravan had everything we needed, and more! Lovely welcome package from Samantha when we arrived which was a really lovely touch.

We had a lovely weekend! The place was spotless and smelled amazing when we arrived. Glen was incredibly friendly and accommodating—quick to respond, very helpful during check-in, and offered great recommendations for dog walks, pubs, and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

It is a lovely place to stay and great surroundings. Everyone had a great time with family member ranging from 11 to 80 year old. The barns and site layout is very well designed and maintained. The highlight was the 10 person swim spa which we spent a lot of time in. The are few local shop a very short drive away including Co-op x2, butchers, chinese, chippy and a pub. The Black Bull gave us a discount on a meal we had there because we where staying at the barn {just show they your booking reference}. If you need a larger shop, Asda and Waitrose are 10-15 mins drive away towards Lincoln. Lincoln is also a great place to visit. The castle currently has the magna carta and Victorian prison is really well done. Lots of places to walk just minutes away. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, lovely outlook from the decking across water and the golf course. Well appointed accommodation with everything you could need. Great facilities and a bar on site and very good value for money.

Great location, two minutes walk to Rutland Water. Cottage was very clean and tidy. Charlotte lived close by so was able to give us help if we needed it. She suggested a visit to Stamford which we did. Oakham is close with plenty of places to eat. We had access to her lovely garden and so were able to sit out there.

Great gem of a place! 2 families stayed together and was spacious enough for us all. Fab apartment, Nathan was great host with all the information and helpful errands before our arrival! Highly recommended! Photos definitely don't do place a justice

Lovely stay at The Reading Room. A charming and well set up property. Perfect for us and the garden was safe and secure for the dog, a big plus for us. Situated well for visits to beaches.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sycamore Farm in one of the beautifully equipped apartments on the site (Ash). The apartment is large and very stylishly furnished. Not much to do on site but it's impeccably clean and handily placed for all the surrounding tourist spots and some noce walks/rides. Local pubs, Coop and chippy 5 minutes away in Burgh Le Marsh. Thoroughly recommended for a UK staycation. Thank you 😊

Joanna was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Quick responses and very clear instructions on arrival. The apartment was absolutely beautiful with amazing views across Rutland Water. We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The apartment was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with near by restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely book again!

Our 2nd weekend stay with Claire in 7 months. Claire and her team are all friendly and helpful. Accommodation is good and comfortable for the price and has additional recreational facilities on site. Location is very peaceful. Would recommend and we hope to stay again later in the year when we visit family in Skegness again. Thank you Claire & Team.

Absolutely beautiful house and perfect host. location was stunning. first time we've taken our dogs away and they loved it and were nice and secure. We had some lovely walks around the area. only thing I would change would be the sofa as was to low back for us (just personal preference) and add a mirror to the bedroom. We will definitely be back and have recommended to our friends. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home 🏡

Great place for our family with some fantastic things to see close by, like the Bluebell inn with some great history in regards to Bomber command which also has great food and good ales. The Coningsby air base where we saw a Lancaster Bomber, a Spitfire and Hurricane take off and finally Thorpe Camp Visitors centre a great museum with lots to see really enjoyed it all of us

We had a wonderful stay here, felt right at home. Plenty of space for the 6 of us, comfortable sofas and beds, plenty of towels for the hot tub. The surrounding area was beautiful with a short walk to the lake. The hosts came back straight away with my many questions and we are getting a date sorted to book back in next year. One point to make is that there is pub down the road that although google said was open, it isn't at weekends. There is a great little cafe though on the lake that is a 5 minute walk away. Easy to get a food shopping order delivered and a really nice touch of a cake and bottle of wine as we were there celebrating Birthdays. Highly recommend this place. Thanks for having us.

What a gem - we loved our stay here! Brilliant value for money. Such a beautiful location with a lovely view. It was also very clean and it has such a cosy feel but was very spacious. Emma was such a helpful host. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great few days staying at Elm Farm Holiday Cottages. It was the perfect location for us exploring some family history. Carol greeted us on arrival. The cottage was very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was provided. We can thoroughly recommend staying here. Thank you Carol.

great place to stay, quiet, peaceful and easy accessible to all local amenities. ideal for dog walks along the beach. plenty of local information given by the host. highly recommend this house, and we will be coming back again.

Shakespeare Cottage was exactly as stated, absolutely loved it. I ended up in the downstairs bedroom together with my niece. I just wish the bedroom and bathroom were done up as luxurious as the upstairs. Also, people with arthritis in hands would struggle with the taps both in the downstairs wet room en-suite and downstairs toilet. May be worth changing. Finally, a few fans for the hot weather would be ideal, especially if going through the menopause. Other than that, the cottage was Devine….i didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend.
