We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Puts the glamour into glamping. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable living space with lovely log fire, warm shower with all the toiletries needed, topped off by snug bedrooms. The ragout on arrival far exceeded our expectations and the breakfast hamper is generous. Hosts are responsive, helpful and locally knowledgeable. Short walk to local pub is ideal with dogs. Wish we had more time to try the pizza oven and hot tub. We are already looking forward to our return visit.

A fantastic stay at the Saddle House. We had everything we needed plus more! Just what we wanted, peaceful, quiet and time away from home. Luxury hot-tub with a spacious garden for the dog and children to burn energy. Saddle house has so much to offer, we didn't leave the cottage. There Is garden games, board games, books, dvds. We had some well needed family time. We will be back!

We have just returned from an unforgettable hen weekend at the manor. We had everything we needed and James was an excellent host, the bedding and towels were all lovely and clean and there was more than enough space for us all, we never felt on top of each other. What was truly special about this place is the surroundings, it’s simply stunning and the hot tub was beautifully placed and was well received. Things are quite rustic and some things quite worn but it added charm and character to this property which truly felt like home for the weekend. There was a lot of parking and is the ideal location for a hen weekend, not too far from Lincoln and Grantham but very rural.

We had a lovely stay. The location was very peaceful and in beautiful countryside. Great for walks with the dog. Hot tub was a perfect way to relax. We would definitely visit again.

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. I loved it so much I have booked to go again, disappointed that the prices are higher. However it was the perfect break that I needed.

We were looking for a private quiet relaxing weekend and across the hidden gem that ticked all the boxes.Jayne and Stuart were really welcoming and on hand if we needed anything.Highly recommend the dairy barn was immaculate and the hot tub was amazing not to mention the Inn on the green which was located at the bottom of the drive.If you are looking for a quiet getaway then this place comes 100% recommended with first class hosts Darren and Hazel from Sheffield.

I cannot rate Blossom Farm enough. It’s a beautiful little annexe with lots of extras which you would never see in a hotel. You could actually live there… We had a really lovely stay. Joy and Shaun were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed, and the two cocker spaniels were a bonus. Our dogs loved playing with them. The annexe was very clean, very well equipped, with very comfortable sofa and beds. This was our first time trying an Air BNB and I think we were truly spoilt! We will be definitely going again, Blossom Farm may become our yearly trip while the boys are at the truck show at the showground about 15 mins away, and we will definitely be recommending others to stay here even for a short break. It’s very close to lots of lovely places and there is a book full of information on the table about days out. Thank you for such a lovely weekend! :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Joys place. It was in the perfect location, the house itself was gorgeous, the decor was stunning and it was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights break. She made everything fab and we had great nights sleep aswell. Definitely be staying here again!

Lovely cottage in a great location. Walking distance to all attractions like Lincoln Castle( literally on the door step) Lincoln Cathedral and Steep Hill. Lovely pubs and restaurants very close to the cottage. A fantastic park just across the road if like us you are travelling with a dog, it’s perfect for morning walks! Be sure to check out the beautiful community gardens just off the park. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very comfortable! Lovely homely cottage a short drive from Lincoln. Peter the host was very responsive and communicated well with us throughout. We were allowed access 2 hours earlier than the allotted time which was great. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay including a welcome pack of breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausages, milk, bread butter and Peter’s own home made honey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly the wood burning stove and the outdoor area where we could watch the rabbits and pheasants every day. I would recommend this delightful cottage to anyone coming to beautiful Lincoln. There is so much to see and do!!

Steve & Hanri have been the perfect hosts. A beautiful house set in a stunning location that's so quiet. The property had everything we needed and we did all our washing before coming home. There lots of little nooks to read a book. 'What Lies beneath' is a good read! On arrival we were left beautiful treats from the bakery, along with a bottle of wine and treats for our minature dachshund. The garden was a delight with a table and chairs for all the family. The yellow seated area near the rose is a real treat to enjoy a glass of wine or coffee on your own. All the recommendations are on a handmade map and we visted quite a few and we're very satisfied. The local pub 'The Sun Inn' offers the most outstanding food and service. The chip shop around the corner also satisfied our taste buds. Both our children enjoyed the recreation ground court where they played football and basket ball. The surrounding houses are just stunning. A 5* location and 5* hosts. We will be returning again.

Lovely stay at The Reading Room. A charming and well set up property. Perfect for us and the garden was safe and secure for the dog, a big plus for us. Situated well for visits to beaches.

Great location with lovely views across the fields. Peaceful garden for outside dining and to relax and listen to birdsong. We were a group of seven, two grandparents, two parents and three children and there was plenty of living space and the bedrooms were ideal. Charlie the host was very responsive to questions prior to arrival and during our stay. Delicious cake on arrival and eggs from Charlie’s chickens were welcome. Everything was spotless and had everything we needed.

Elizabeth gave us a warm welcome just after we arrived. The house is beautiful wish we had been there longer,there is everything you require. What else can I say apart from I fell in love with it,we will be back.

Great place to stay, lovely outlook from the decking across water and the golf course. Well appointed accommodation with everything you could need. Great facilities and a bar on site and very good value for money.

Emma was great. Replied to our messages really quick. The caravan was lovely and clean and in a great location. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a wonderful week away at Tattershall in 1 of Nigel’s lovely 3 bed caravans. The van was clean and Hot Tub was ready to go! We had daily air shows from the RAF which was amazing! Although we didn’t purchase the additional Entertainment Pass, Nigel was amazing at sharing some local attractions & we had a fantastic time. The weather was stunning, the caravan was lovely, park was wonderful & Nigel was very helpful & informative- Thank you Nigel.

Bedrooms were fairly spacious with the two doubles having nice views too. Bathroom was lovely but didn’t have a lock on the door. Kitchen was easy to use but could do with a little more kitting out. Television isn’t smart and there is no wifi so would recommend taking a console. The pool outside is nice and clean, some beach chairs and inflatables to enjoy. There are also nice picnic tables outside to have a meal at. The place is adjoining to another apartment so it is a bit more lacking in privacy than expected. The host Marii is absolutely lovely, she was very welcoming and helpful, and went above and beyond.

We had a wonderful time even though weather wasnt great Lodge was perfect everything you need perfect location on site will definitely be booking again

Was lovely and clean although odd bits like under beds and walls had a few marks but nothing that would put me off staying there again. Really comfy and clean beds I have a 2 year old and she usually wakes up in the night to get in my bed but while we stayed here she stayed in her own room all night as I think the bed was comfier than hers at home 🤣 brilliant location as really quite but abit of a walk for little ones, and the hot tub was really clean and brilliant touch!

Really beautiful lodge and extremely spacious. We shared as three couples and for the price was excellent value. Host was responsive and answered all our questions. The only downside was check-in wasn’t until 4pm it had been cleaned as the cleaners were leaving as we arrive just after 12 noon, but we had to leave everything in the car as we had a function to go to so didn’t unpack till we came home later on that evening.
