Henrique is an odd host, made us feel at home. The desire to return already reigns around here. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the condominium is super comfortable! We were in 3 adults and 2 children, and the apartment served us perfectly.

The flat is excellent: large, airy, clean and fully equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay. The rooms are air-conditioned, and both bedding and towels were clean and well cared for. The employees of the condominium were extremely gentle, with particular emphasis on the collaborator Suellen, who welcomed us with sympathy and attention at the reception. The structure is impeccable: wonderful pool, easy access to the beach, large parking and a safe environment, ideal for families. The location is also a differential, in front of the condominium there is a pharmacy, a small market, pizzeria, ice cream and bars, which brings even more practicality to daily life. Host Isabella was very attentive, responded promptly to messages and provided all the necessary information. We had a great experience and we will undoubtedly return

Mr. Giovani and his wife Clara are exceptional hosts. Extremely polite and kind. We felt at home. The property met our expectations... we wanted a spacious and cozy place to gather our family and the accommodation delivered what we needed. Highlight for the outdoor area, all covered, ventilated, with swimming pool, barbecue and several tables. No reservations!

I went with my family and we loved it. The Flat, the Location to walk to various places. I just don't recommend it for couples with pets. Because the condominium does not accept the dog in the common areas, only in the apartment, in order not to leave the pet alone, the couple would need to take turns for the pool and other areas. But if you go in a group like me, you can take turns and everyone can enjoy it. We took advantage of it a lot. That was the only caveat in my case, that I have a pet. Apart from that all perfect.

The host was polite, communicative and helpful throughout the necessary period. The apartment has rustic and simple decor, but it is practical and comfortable. My family and I only missed having air conditioning in the living room, which would make this environment more pleasant on the hottest days and nights. The condominium, well located in a region with many buildings under construction and some shops and restaurants nearby, has an excellent leisure and swimming pool structure, including direct access to the beach, which has waters with a very pleasant temperature, and at low tide it is very shallow, excellent for children. Overall, the accommodation served us well, I recommend it.

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is impeccable. Everything works. The location and structure of the flat is wonderful. Close to everything. The host is very helpful and attentive. We spent 11 days there, and the apartment has everything you need to feel at home, what was missing Cristina promptly attended to, the building is simple but very quiet and you feel at home, the apartment is spacious, just a few points to improve more that we have already passed to her, and she promptly made herself available to attend. I recommend it for sure, the location is excellent, it is a few meters from the 3 streets park, for those who like to go hiking it is excellent and super quiet.. we love the neighborhood of bankers.

I stayed on the carnival holiday from March 3 to 7. The place is a simple village of Pescadores, with humble and polite people. I can say that it was 5 wonderful days, with a flexible schedule. Everything clean and organized. Near the beach. My stay was super quiet. The fan was very powerful, the shower worked very well. There is a shower inside the room and outside the room. I was able to count with all the attention of the homemade Tieta who helped me with breakfast, he always prepared the coffee and always asked what we wanted to eat. The daily package does not give breakfast, but you can buy the products and Tieta prepares with the greatest love. Tieta is an excellent host, person of good, with a high spirits and very discreet and attentive. I really enjoyed the simplicity of the site and hopefully come back soon. Congratulations to Anderson who took all my doubts and was very polite and attentive and congratulations to Tieta for the reception and willingness to help.

I went with my family and we were very well received by Evandro (Ana's husband). Very attentive, helpful and caring for the well-being of the guests. The apartment was IMPECCABLE and super fragrant. The location is simply perfect, much closer to the waterfront sign than I imagined. The apartment is super comfortable and accommodates many people easily. I loved it so much that I even wanted to live there lol. Simple and cozy! Perfect for those who want to be close to everything, without paying a lot and with security. The apartment has items that exceed the description, the bed is Queen and it is wonderful, whenever I travel I tell my husband that no bed is as good as ours, this is as good as, at bedtime I did not even realize that I was not at home. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary minimum, including a mineral water bottle that you can fill and use during your stay (I loved it!). The cleaning was as expected and the apartment had a delicious smell of gum/children (we read in the comments that it smelled like mold or cigarettes, I was afraid but I'm glad I didn't stop booking because of it). Finally, I highly recommend! The desire to return soon remains in the heart.

The apartment is much larger than the photos show, a very good view of the sea, very good internet, I was able to work remotely without problems, I recommend it.

The apartment is the same as the photos, very well located, close to the beach and with several nearby activities that we can do on foot. We stayed in 4 people and it was very comfortable, all very clean and with several electro-portables to assist our stay. I would recommend and rent again!

My accommodation for a week was impeccable, the apartment was very cozy, one street from the beach, it has the Cabo Branco Bakery nearby, JAMPA convenience store 24 hrs, it has two pharmacies nearby, but all this is the least of it considering the kindness of Host Lair, always available, and always helpful, always looking for ease for his guests! Simple apartment that makes you feel at home. The leisure area is a differential, taking into account the value of the accommodation, "beach view" and pool always available.
