This cozy beach style home is just 150m (3 minute walk) to Tabatinga II beach, just south Jacuma, near Joao Pessoa, PB. Remodel in 2024, there are 4 suites for 11+ guests. There is a front porch area for outdoor dining, socializing, or just relaxing in a hammock. The front yard has pool and there is a BBQ hut with freezer, sink, table, and BBQ. The living room has a 5.1 surround sound system making it also a home theater with a blue ray disc player. The gated driveway can fit 4-5 cars.

Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, blender, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, huge living room with two environments measuring about 55 square meters, table for 20 people, sand court for sports. In the most visited part of Tabatinga, next to 2 restaurants next door (Kuara and Tabagrill)

Condomínio Granito e Jasmim. O apartamento com a melhor posição do condomínio, sendo térreo, ideal para crianças e pessoas idosas. Perto da piscina e ao mesmo tempo, longe o suficiente para ter privacidade. O único imóvel que pode colocar dois veículos (podendo até mais, mas tem que ser combinado para autorizar a entrada). De esquina, bem ventilado, com vista para o mar e vegetação. Varanda toda fechada em vidro.
