Great apartment, very organized and clean, well equipped. The condominium is very nice, with good security and a very nice pool. There's a nice trail that goes down to the beach with a stream. The location is a little far from downtown Jacumã. It is better for those who go by car, but you can get by well with alternatives, motorcycle taxi and even Uber. The host is very helpful and quick to respond. It's worth it, my family felt very good there.

The apartment and the building itself are very good. I rented it to my niece and her family. Only one night, some strange people arrived making noise in the pool, but the hostess was not to blame for other tenants. The location was very conducive to the purpose. They would stay there again.

Extraordinary house location!! We are used to always going to the Count, but Praia Bela is not left behind. Daiane's house is spacious, in a quiet condominium, easy access to the beach (to walk to beautiful beach). Adriana gave us a great recommendation for a nearby beach and is very friendly. Daiane is very kind and requests!! We will definitely return!!

Good stay!! We just found the house far from things, the nearest beach is a 14-minute walk and the path is super weird, I think it's a new subdivision. But everything else was fine :)

The location is excellent, right in front of the beach, next to Cabo Branco park, close to excellent restaurants. Maria was very kind and allowed us to check in earlier and check out later, which helped us a lot due to flight schedules. The city is wonderful, with spectacular infrastructure. We love the days we spent in the city.

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is secure, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The host was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We felt welcomed and at home. We will definitely be back!

And it's cultural there for people to take their own umbrellas to the beach). Very comfortable apartment with an en-suite and a bedroom, both air-conditioned. An excellent view as it faces the sea. The penthouse space is spectacular with a wonderful pool and tables to accommodate something you want to take. The pool can be used until 10 p.m. as long as there is no noise. Check-in is easy since it is via QRCODE and a magnetic key left in the apartment. Gratitude to Viviane. I will go back.
