Great apartment, very organized and clean, well equipped. The condominium is very nice, with good security and a very nice pool. There's a nice trail that goes down to the beach with a stream. The location is a little far from downtown Jacumã. It is better for those who go by car, but you can get by well with alternatives, motorcycle taxi and even Uber. The host is very helpful and quick to respond. It's worth it, my family felt very good there.

This space has a spectacular view. The leisure area of the building on the terrace is complete and has a beautiful infinity pool. The apartment is very comfortable and has a full kitchen, with state-of-the-art appliances and modern wash-and-dry machine. The mattresses are very good and there is availability of pillows for all tastes. At the disposal of guests, there are beach chairs and cooler, which gives autonomy to explore the surroundings. The beach in front of the building is one of the prettiest on the southern coast of Paraíba. Gilvanea met us in every need and always responded with agility.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment has a beautiful view and has an easy location. Gabriella and Nei are very attentive. Carapibus beach is a paradise. Grato for everything!

Aline's flat is located in a great location steps from Tabatinga 2 beach. It has a side view of the beach, very nice. The flat is impeccable and with sufficient amenities for a married couple and 1-2 children. The condominium is very safe and the staff are very attentive. I cost to arrive, so I suggested Aline to share location ideally to be able to enter the most comfortable GPS app on the way to get to the flat. I highly recommend it 100%

The apartment was spotless, well decorated and everything organized, exactly as shown in the photos. The hostess, Tati, was very welcoming, helpful and welcoming. She gave us tips about the place and was always available. From the apartment, the commute to the beautiful beaches of the region was very peaceful. Apt great to spend days of rest next to nature. The apt has almost everything you need…if you are cooking, keep in mind to take everything, absolutely everything. Pq had no salt, sugar, oil, nothing to make a noodle. The market that has in the condominium supplies basic necessities for very salty prices. The apartment holds well 3 people, when I stayed the balcony was with the glass curtain unable to fully open, because the previous guest had damaged, but nothing that hindered our view and stay. Glória was very requested and kind, and it was very good to stay in its apartment. A well-structured condominium and the place is beautiful by the sea. Super indico.

Everything as described in the listing and photos. There is a concern to make everything right and maximum comfort for your guest, as well as clean bedding and bath, in addition to all the utensils in the photos. Details such as detergent, sponge, gallon with mineral water, cleaning products, floor cloth, broom, squeegee, floor clothesline on the balcony and a small portable barbecue on the balcony make a lot of difference. I arranged with her to provide 2 towels for the beach and she had this affection, she left it separated. I had occasional poblems where the lack of the cooler, umbrella and chairs that were resolved on the second day and the change of the shower on the fourth day (heated water for bathing). Bring the printed reservation. I believe that Apt 102 comfortably accommodates 1 couple. Details about the beach: 100m to the left paradise of calm waters perfect for children. It's worth bringing a nautical sneaker. Make a market in João Pessoa. The building has an elevator but the beach is not for PCD.

Suellen's apartment faithfully matches the listing. Very well located, with a quiet beach in front and several useful commercial establishments (snack bars, bakeries, restaurants, shopping). It was very clean and fragrant. The building is very new and easy to find! Excellent option in João Pessoa!!

Fabi's place is all good as described. Well-appointed space with good decor, extremely comfortable bed and sofa, a countertop that serves as a comfortable home office for two people with good space. Good bedding and towels. Everything is very good and in very good taste. Well-organized condominium equipped with the advantages described. The pool is very nice and has a good view of the area. The cafeteria in the condominium is very good. Really a great place to stay in João Pessoa.

Ailton was super kind and helpful, both before and during the stay. Apartment just like in the photos, well-equipped and clean. Well ventilated, we don't even have to use air conditioning. Very good common area of the building, with a clean swimming pool, fitness center, game room. Excellent location, we did everything on foot or by Uber. Very close to Tambaú beach (one block away), bars, restaurants, fairs and craft shops, pharmacies and the Bomfim bakery (great option for breakfast). When I return, I will stay with Ailton again. I highly recommend it!

Julio is a very helpful host. The place is very nice, comfortable bed and in a prime location. Only the Jacuzzi wasn't so clean, but otherwise everything was fine.

It was great, the flat is perfect, even more beautiful in person, the building staff are extremely kind. Valberto was helpful at all times, and gave great suggestions for the stay. I'll be back soon!

Excellent penthouse! The apartment is complete and has an amazing view, the penthouse part is very cozy and well ventilated. The area is very peaceful and has great places to eat.
