Beautiful studio apartment. Includes one queen and one twin Murphy bed. Also, the apartment has a washer/dryer. The condo features a pool, gym, tennis court, mini-market, and private beach access. The studio can be converted into two rooms with a door divider. The view from the sliding windows is of the city. Only one parking space is available with security. Beautiful beachfront studio located at the Condado del Mar Condo complex, beach cabana section. It comes with one parking. The complex has two (2) pools right beside the beach, an olympic size and a small one for children. Other amenities include 24-hour security service, a BBQ area, tennis court, gym, game room with ping pong, air hockey and pool tables. Also close to the building lobby you could find a coin laundromat and a convenience store with luggage storage services.
