Our space is located in the heart of "Condado" - at the end of our street is the quietest part of Ocean Park Beach and at the end of our block is Loiza Street (buzzing with awesome restaurants...) It is fully equipped, spacious and bright. It was renovated and restored to its original design while integrating modern amenities (all bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with AC). It is furnished and designed with simple, minimal custom pieces following the less is more philosophy.

Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and up the street, Loiza street, is booming with new local bars and restaurants, all very good. The bus stop that will take you straight to old San Juan is 10 steps from the property. This same bus will take you up and down the tourists areas.

This spot is small, but it is full of charm. Great location, very walkable and a close drive to Old San Juan. Clean and the bed is so cozy. A/C and shower worked great. Please note that you should bring earplugs. The sound outside and between rooms definitely travels, but as long as you have courteous neighbors, it’s not really a problem.

This was my second time staying at Eduardo's. The price is hard to beat considering the proximity to the ocean and the amazing deco architecture and beautiful tile work inside. My rooms were clean and comfortable during both visits. I adore the outside community kitchen and checking out the 'freebie's other guests have left behind. I love the neighborhood vibe and would happily stay here again.

The place is very beautiful and quiet. The pool is also very nice. There are some pretty beaches around this area and the El Yunque national park is also not that far away and definetly worth to visit. The host was friendly and helpful. I really recommend this place.
