Beachfront vacation rentals in Condado Beach

We had a wonderful week. A perfect location steps from a pristine beach. Maribel was a wonderful host! We look forward to returning again in the future.

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

This AirBnB was perfect. First, the location is amazing! It's steps from the beach in a gated community (we felt very safe) and the beach is just wonderful. Lots to do within the neighborhood and it's all very walkable. The studio is very comfortable for two people and includes linens, beach towels, an umbrella, beach chairs, and full kitchen - all the necessities for your stay! Very easy and straightforward check-in/check-out. Naomi was also a wonderful host! She let us know that the place was cleaned and ready early so we could check in ahead of our scheduled time! She was also very responsive and was checking in on us throughout our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. We 100% recommend this AirBnb! Also, if you love cats there are a few kitties that hang around the house and neighborhood :)

Staying at Rey and Amanda’s place was the best decision we could have made for our trip. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive to our needs. Traveling with small children can be challenging, but they went above and beyond to make things easier for us—offering help when we needed it most and always checking in to ensure we were comfortable. They truly made us feel at home, and their kindness and flexibility made a big difference in our experience. The space was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family, but what really stood out was the warmth and care they brought as hosts. We’re so grateful for everything and would absolutely stay with them again!

So peaceful and extremely convenient location to walk around. The garden is gorgeous and the decor was breathtaking!

We had a fantastic stay in a comfortable, convenient, and stunning apartment with beautiful views. We’re so glad we went with this place. The apartment had all the supplies we could want and you can’t beat the location and the views.

This was the second time I stayed and I will certainly be back. The location is central and convenient. The views are breathtaking. The apartment feels like home. I was even able to wash my clothes before returning home which was very convenient. I was there to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday and it did not disappoint one bit.

Beautiful views for morning coffee, easy access to beach and super secure property. If you're not wanting to spend a ton on a resort but want to be close to the beach and major cities this ones for you! Ubers are super cheap to go everywhere.

Super clean and nice place to stay, very pleasant n comfy. Right next to beach. Perfect hosts Melina and Polet. Extremely responsive. Enough towels, toiletries etc for stay. Well stocked place. Don't ever change!

Just as pictured and very secure. Great beach, pool and amenities. And close to airport and some fine restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Great location for two travelers. Stayed here 5 nights and it was perfect! Yvana provided clear step by step instructions that were easy to follow. The room was spacious enough for what we needed. Friendly and helpful people in the area. Very clean and air conditioner worked great. The nights were quiet and peaceful to rest after a long day. We rented a car and parked it in the lot right next door as instructed. A lot of walking distances restaurants, shops, and beach too! The bank, grocery store and Walgreens very close too maybe 10 minute drive. We had no issues at all! Also has laundry downstairs if needed and a private pool that we didn’t get to use because we ran out of time. She must read reviews and improves as needed because there were plenty of towels as I read a review that stated there may not be enough. Will definitely stay again when we decide to come back to Condado beach area Yvana was a great host!

Amazing views, walkable restaurants & Ubers were super easy to find for the most part. Beach chairs and boogie boards were provided which was good so all we needed to pay for was an umbrella when we went to the beach. The bed was huge and really comfy. Overall an amazing vacation for any occasion.

Great place to stay. Super clean and well organized. Yazi really thought of everything you could need to make your stay as stress free as possible. Comfy bed, 15 min walk to La Placita, 5 min walk to nearest grocery store. Very much worth it

The Airbnb was exactly how it was pictured! Very nice decor, modern appliances, and very clean! The Airbnb is located on the Condado strip which was a super plus because it was very conveniently located to EVERYTHING… In addition, the area and location of the Airbnb was very safe and secure. Overall, I would stay here 10 times over! I really enjoyed this place! I felt right at home!

The place was exactly as advertised and centrally located near restaurants, paddle boarding, kayaking and more. I enjoyed returning after a long day in the sun to a cool, chill and relaxing place. It was raining before I arrived and during the night of my last stay which caused some flooding on the street from run over water near the lagoon, but other than that, I had no issues with my stay. I look forward to returning during my next stay in San Juan, Puerto Rico!

We enjoyed the stay at this location and the friendly help from the hosts. When we first arrived, there was a regional power outage, and the hosts were very concerned, keeping in contact with us and the power company for updates. They even offered to give us a refund if we they had a long-term issue. The power was back in the early evening, so everything turned out great for the rest of our stay. The small local restaurants in the area had very good food and a great ocean view.

This is our 2nd time staying in Eric’s condo and it was just as amazing as the first! The first time was our honeymoon 14 years ago and it was so awesome to get to stay here again! Eric is an amazing host! Excellent communication, easy to follow instructions for self check in, and is very accommodating! I made a mistake and confused the parking with our Airbnb on Vieques but Eric was fantastic about the whole thing! The condo is clean, gorgeously decorated and has every amenity you could need on vacation! Check all cabinets and closets before shopping! LOL He left us a bottle of champagne in the fridge which was a sweet and thoughtful touch! The location is perfect! You have San Juan & Old San Juan in walking/short taxi distance, plenty places to shop and all the amazing restaurants to eat at! He has local information in a binder! You have Condado Beach at your feet and just a short walk away is Playita Condado w/ a coral reef you can walk around! We hope to come back soon!

I am very happy I booked this unit. It was centrally located and very walkable to bars/restaurants. As a solo female traveler i felt safe and the host was amazing. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and very esthetic. I will be staying there again

We had wonderful stay at Jhonnathan's apartment. The location was great - a short distance to the old town and situated close to many grand hotels. The apartment is a short walk to swimming and snorkeling! The view and terrace are awesome. Jhonnathan offered many great recommendations of things to do locally and was very responsive. I highly recommend San Juan as a destination and Jhonnathan's apartment as a great place to stay.

Clean , next to everything , Roberto is very responsive , I enjoyed my stay , there is security in the building so that’s a plus

It was all in the details! After a long trip, we walked into a vibe! The place was so pretty, clean, smelled great, cool, & even light music playing upon entry 🥰. They had stock of so many things, even a hair flat iron which we happened to need. The balcony was my fave. Located in the heart of action. Anytime I texted, I received a rapid response and directions were so clear, which I love. I’d love to come back.
