Vacation rentals with beach access in Condado Beach

Beautiful views for morning coffee, easy access to beach and super secure property. If you're not wanting to spend a ton on a resort but want to be close to the beach and major cities this ones for you! Ubers are super cheap to go everywhere.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

We loved our stay here! The apartment made us feel like we got to really experience old San Juan. Lots of places to eat around and everything is literally walking distance. Super convenient and the apartment was very clean, great bed and very self explanatory. They had items for beach, as well as things needed for a shower which was a nice bonus. Considering how hot it is in old San Juan, their Air conditioning is NO joke, we didn’t even need to turn it on most of the time, made the rooms chilly very quickly, so for those that get hot easy, you won’t have issues with heat in this apartment. Great spot for exploring in the day time and for a night out bar hopping.

Flexible on allowing an early check-in. Everything was exactly like pictures. Great location allowing us to walk to several locations as well as easy access to Uber. Great view from the balcony. Gorgeous building! & stunning unit! When I say this place is so extremely safe…. No one is getting in that isn’t supposed to be there! Never felt unsafe at all! Even walking in the area after dark to some fantastic nearby restaurants! It took us until the 2nd day to realize we had not been locking the door when we left, we thought it locked automatically, and there were no problems! (Push the button at bottom of keypad to lock it when leaving) Loved the huge full length mirrors! Very spacious! It was just 2 of us this trip but a larger group would have been very comfortable! Great location! Close to nearby sights, beaches, restaurants, night life! Exceptionally clean! Smelled clean & fresh every time we entered! The full size washer/dryer were super nice! As well as the dishwasher bc no one wants to do dishes on vaca! Elevators are very fast, and prompt when called for! Gorgeous views as well! Thank u! We will happily stay again!

Such an amazing apartment in the heart of everything to do in San Juan. The views from the living room is gorgeous. Location is unbeatable and the decor all over the space was truly stunning. The host was super helpful and communicative. We had such a great time. Do not hesitate to book this place!

Great place to stay. Super clean and well organized. Yazi really thought of everything you could need to make your stay as stress free as possible. Comfy bed, 15 min walk to La Placita, 5 min walk to nearest grocery store. Very much worth it

The location of the studio itself is very nice. The surroundings not so much but once you park and hang out in the outside living area you barely noticed it. Hector was very attentive. On day 3 of our trip he reached out to see how things were. We had a problem with the bed where it wasnt comfortable from sinking the middle. He sent a guy over as soon as we got back to fix the issue right away and he did. It was a wonderful place to stay for sure.

Great home near lots of restaurants and beach. Checking in was super smooth and the hosts were great at communicating with us! The place is just as pictured.

We had a great stay at this cozy home! There are definitely some quirks with it being such an old space but if you can appreciate that, then it’s worth every penny. We were a little concerned about only having AC in one room. The home gets a little warm in the afternoon but sleeping without AC was no issue. It was a great stay and an unforgettable and unique home. The host was very responsive and helpful as well!

Alex & Diana’s home is truly a gem. They are beyond thoughtful and hospitable. Such kind hosts with such a lovely home. Perfect location and great home layout. My mom and I stayed along with my emotional support dog and we definitely would love to come back!

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

I love the 24 hour security which helped me feel safe goi g in and out of the building. I love the key fob which was so easy to use going in and out of the busking. Took advantage of some pool time and the washer and dryer as well.

This was a perfect spot for a quick 2 night getaway. Great location. Felt very safe and secure in the building. 10 min drive from SJU airport. 5 min walk to beach. Paul’s space had everything we needed. Coffee for the morning. Cozy balcony. Very comfortable bed. AC and fan were fantastic. Bathroom great with good water pressure. Bonus - beach chairs and beach mats/towel were awesome to have available in the apartment. We would stay here again.

very nice clean area walking distance to a lot of food, not a lot of parking however very easy check in like your in your own apartment

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Highly recommend Adrians place, especially for those planning to not rent a car. This bnb is right next to the beach, a variety of good restaurants, and small grocery store. The space looks just like the pictures and was perfect for a two person stay, there are beach views and Adrian provides beach chairs and towels. Santurce is within walking distance (10mins) and Viejo San Juan a super quick uber ride away. For those who like art, I recommend the nearby Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico! :)

Josem was an amazing host from start to finish. The location was great, the room was spotless. The pool was amazing as well. High recommend and will definitely be staying here again.
