The charm of the countryside by the sea. The house, surrounded by a large garden, offers 3 bedrooms including two double-bed and 3 single beds, 1 bathrooms. Outdoors there are tables, chairs, and barbecue to take advantage of fine weather. The ground floor - 150m2 - is currently being renovated and not seen in the photos. Finished at the start of 2024, it will consist of a bathroom, a large kitchen and a living room of 100m2. Located between Concarneau and Pont-Aven, the town of Trégunc and its 23 km of coastline is at the heart of South Cornwall.

"Cap à l'Ouest" Ambiance marine, lumineuse et iodée pour cette grange rénovée située dans une cour privée et partagée entourée de longères bretonnes. Petite plage à 50 m. La terrasse se situe dans la cour. Pas de jardin mais un bel espace avec la plage tout à côté. Nous habitons sur place et nous sommes disponibles si besoin.

Location à 350 m des plages 2/3 pers.

L'entrée principale de la maison se trouve sur l’arrière de la maison et dessert aussi le salon de jardin extérieur. Au rez de chaussée , en rentrant se trouve la cuisine, le repas et le salon. L'escalier tournant montant à l'étage se trouve à gauche. En haut de celui ci, il y a la chambre les douches et les toilettes.
