On the front line facing the remarkable site of the Ville Close de Concarneau, in a secure building, a very quiet apartment, not overlooked, overlooking a garden, with a balcony/terrace, completely renovated and equipped: a washing machine + dishwasher... 2 bicycles are available. Free parking. Cleaning included. The enclosed city, all shops on foot by the small ferry. The market when you leave the Ville Close every Friday morning, the GR34, and the beach trail at the door of the building. Happy holidays!

It is also a 10-minute walk from the boat repair sites. It is on the 3rd floor of a former sail loft. Its size, brightness, calm and comfort (160 cm bed, full kitchen, etc.) make it very pleasant and welcoming. A large free parking lot (paid parking 06/15-09/15) is 50 m away.
