Great apartment overlooking the harbor and the Ville Close of Concarneau. All restaurants and shops are right outside the door and yet it is a quiet location. Apartment is cozy, clean and modern. Super beds and plenty of free parking in front of the door, additional garage

We had a lovely stay. The apartment corresponded to the description, it is very homely as equipped as in the photos. The problems with the leaky washing machine have been resolved acceptable. Suggestion for improvement: kitchen equipment at least add a noodle strainer and large salad glass bowl, a glass key set would be ideal. Dishwasher tabs should be disposed of, the existing ones do not dissolve and therefore do not clean satisfactorily.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment with a magnificent sea view! In addition, it is very well located, you can do everything on foot (shops, beaches, walled city, etc.) and the environment is quiet. Small indication in case: the building is just before the parking lot on the right, so you have to go and get the beep in the lockbox before you can enter the parking lot to park.

Marie's place is absolutely stunning. we could not believe the view. The space is extremely well designed for ease and convenience as well as to maximize opportunities to take in the view. Marie was very helpful and patient with my many requests. I wish we had stayed longer. The Crozon peninsula is a wonder of fascinating walks and drives.

Excellent stay, apartment with great views. Comfortable apartment, tastefully decorated in which it is very pleasant to stay even in gloomy weather. Shops nearby, a few minutes' walk. Big plus for the single-storey accessibility of the accommodation for people with low mobility. Good bedding, quality equipment. We'll be happy to go back

Audrey is a very welcoming and friendly person. She offered to come earlier, which we appreciated. His neatly decorated accommodation is perfectly equipped, impeccably clean, and well located in a quiet area. The balcony is a significant plus, which allows you to be outside for a drink or lunch without being overlooked. Rent without hesitation!

Large 2 comfortable rooms where I am very comfortable alone but can largely be rented to several. I had no trouble parking around the apartment. In the heart of the city center, 200 meters from the port and all in a quiet area. I would have stayed one more night but I had an obligation to finish my vacation. I woulddefinitely recommend this apartment.

we stayed at Phillipe's place for 5 nights. we really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the beds are comfortable and it is a good base for exploring the local area.

We had a great time in this nice little studio facing the sea, ideal for a slightly older couple looking for an easily accessible place (2nd floor with elevator), shops, restaurants, beaches, walks by the sea, everything can be done easily. Alexandra's welcome is very friendly and warm, we only have one desire: to go back!

Great apartment in prime location just separated by the street from the long fine sandy beach. The apartment is really equipped with everything you need for your vacation. It was clean and tidy. There are a lot of documents about the area, with great information for activities. Jérémie was accessible throughout and always responded immediately. The nearest supermarket can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. Our dog was also welcome. The small garden with terrace offers a seating area with the best views.

Johann was very nice and always answered questions directly, even gave recommendations and was very helpful overall. The apartment is absolutely functional and as shown in the pictures and as described. The view is great. Clear recommendation!

We had a great time at Annaig's who greeted us when we arrived. Even though the weather was rather cloudy the first few days, the brightness of the apartment with its terrace was super nice. The apartment is well-equipped, quiet, it met our expectations, comfortable bedding, large sofa, etc. (parking space). We were able to do the planned hikes and tours from this place. Treustel beach, which we love, was just around the corner. We fell in love with Patrick's pancakes, which he serves on site in his Food Truck (La maison du blé noir). For shopping, Combrit offers its Super U, a real local meeting place, otherwise Biocoop is not far away and local markets welcome you according to the days. Located between Pont l'Abbé and St Marine / Benodet, Ile Tudy is a delight. We'll be back at Annaig's.

Great weekend at Didier's. Welcomed by his wife, she was very friendly, very good tips about activities, walks around the accommodation. The beach is in front of the accommodation, perfect for paddleboarding, kiteboarding... (less for surfing). We had the chance to attend the start of a sailing race (thank you for the binoculars in the apartment). Small clarification for parents, the pool is not visible from the accommodation. Regarding the accommodation itself, it is 10/10, tastefully decorated, impeccably clean (11/10 even), very beautiful balcony with awning, well equipped with table and chairs. The residence is very nice, well maintained, thalasso and restaurant, children's park a few steps away. In my opinion, the private parking space is very useful in July/August. Just a quick note for cooks or pizza fans, the oven works very well but is rather small (microwave size). it was perfect Keep it up. Thank you for everything

A little piece of heaven. Stéphane's apartment is located in a very well located and quiet residence. The terrace offers a view of the bay. The apartment is very well maintained and very pleasant. Stéphane is a great host. We'll be happy to come back.

We had a pleasant stay. The listing is exactly as described and is about a 20-minute walk from downtown. It might be helpful to specify that access to the parking space is with a badge, so it's best to temporarily park nearby while you pick it up from the property.
