CasparCottage. is a charming quiet nicely appointed cottage that we built on our 5 private acres 3 miles from the ocean and 10 minutes from Mendocino or Fort Bragg. Walk to the WATERFALL in the Russian Gulch State Park from the cottage. We are at the eastern edge of the park. We've been sharing our cottage with guests for many years and have many guests that return year after year. It's a perfect place for a honeymoon, anniversary, special occasion or quiet retreat. We provide breakfast goodies!

Woodhaven

Woodhaven is located on Pegasus Farm. This is a rustic country setting, clean, with lots of charm. Fully equipped kitchen, a loft a with double bed, a double bed downstairs, electric heater and a wood heat stove. This beautiful structure is loaded with exotic redwood, a maple floor and stone accents. Built and furnished with recycled and reclaimed materials. The owners live in the beige farm house, there are two small cabins in the garden that we rent nightly, and there is a communal fire ring .

The cottage includes a queen bedroom, bath tub & shower, kitchen, living room, deck with lounge chairs & BBQ, and on-property hammock, gardens, meadows & forests. Pacific Gem overlooks the ocean. Two bedroom 2-bath home just a few miles from the quaint town of Mendocino. You will see whales, birds, and incredible sunsets. There is also a separate cottage that can be rented separately or with the house. Found under Albion, CA. "Quaint Ocean Cottage". The 11% county tax is included in the nightly rates. A separate owner Rental Agreement is required. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $50.00
